Very noisy and felt very unsafe.

This hotel needs to be closed down. From the roaches crawling, no towels, tissue, weed smoke in the non smoking hallway. Prostitution, dogs barking, fire alarm going off in the middle of the night. The front desk works attitudes just NASTY. No ice machine. I booked a smoking room and had to get non smoking. What’s the point in a reservation if what I booked and requested CANT be granted… When you tell front desk they just laugh and say they can’t do nun about it or we dnt have it waiting on a delivery.. this motel is a negative 5 stars… ILL NEVER BOOK WITH YALL AGAIN

Amazing service and cleaning

When we arrived we waited for 20 Minutes and called yet no one came to check in. Hence why we are working on being sure we do not get charged for this terrible experience.

Smelled like weed all over the place, very small check in space, smelly people everywhere, dirty halls, elevator, etc. And roaches all over the place.

Outdated furniture in rooms.

Parked in the front when arriving and there were already police at the front of the door, knew right then and there I was not getting anywhere near this place.

I was going to gove this place 4 stars, because as soon as I arrived I was greeted by a very helpful front desk lady. She had an answer for every question and was extremely helpful. But after a few days I didn't see her, and when I had card trouble after hours I was greeted by another woman who treated me as if I'm inconveniecing her time with my card not reading. I was left in the lobby for almost a full hour before I heard loud banging on the wall. It was kind of surprising to find her now at the front desk, barely awake, asking me rudely what room I was in. After that, I was also checked out early for some reason as A cleaning staff came into my room around 9 telling me I should have left already, saying something about my reservation ending the night before when My expedia account said otherwise. All in all, I was fine with my stay here, but after being treated the way I was at the end I was left with an awful taste in my mouth.

I love the quietness and cleanliness.

Not a dam thing

We booked the room for one week (working a turn around so planned to be there several weeks) and was told they only serviced the rooms on the 14th. Our room ran out of clean towels and trash bags. We asked for more and were told they did not have any to provide. Did not have much of a choice and had to book an additional 7 days. The issues continued. On the 14th day, we were getting ready to rebook (not much choice, hotels in the area are sold out) we let them know that it was the 14th day and we would like the room to be cleaned. They failed to clean the room after 14+ days, didn’t provide us with anything for basic needs, and were very rude. We ended up finding other lodging and checked out early.

Nothing good to say about this property I had a 2 year old staying with me and the room had cigarettes ash everywhere even in the bathroom. Roaches were in the bed and crawling around the kitchen area we didn't even stay at the property they only refunded 1 night. One place they need to put a wrecking ball through!!!

The property is infested with roaches!

I didn’t like that they had roaches coming from everywhere and I wasn’t able to get a refund even though there was roaches sleeping in the bed with me.

The first room was unsanitary and not cleaned when i got there and i had to change room but the other room i had gotten it wasnt even ready with the covers, i dont recommend myself to go to that hotel and staff looked confused had to find a better hotel. We didnt even stay in the room cause of the the smell of rotting and unsanitary

No wjere in the description did it state a $250 pet deposit for this property. Went to Laquinta where it is like the Ritz Carlton compared to this dirty place.

Nothing good to stay about this hotel the health inspector needs to go see about it.. pet friendly but dogs and roaches in the hotel

THE HOTEL NEEDS TO BE RENOVATED. OUR REFRIGERATOR LOOKED LIKE IT NEEDED TO BE CLEANED. YOU COULD SMELL THE FOOD COOKING FROM DOWN THE HALL AND IT SMELLED UP THE WHOLE AREA. WE DIDN'T HAVE ANY PILLOWS ON OUR BED SO WE HAD TO ASK FOR SOME. WE ALSO DIDN'T HAVE ENOUGH TOWELS SO WE HAD TO ASK FOR MORE OF THOSE TOO. OVERALL THE HOTEL LOOKED LIKE IT WAS IN BAD SHAPE.

When we got there, the hotel looked to be in a dangerous area. I asked the desk clerk if it was safe and he stated “ I stay here, and it is perfectly safe for me and my pistol”. The main hall smelled very strong of marijuana, and when we got into the elevator, it was full of marijuana smoke. We looked at the room that we were given. And the door wouldn’t even latch. we canceled that reservation and found another hotel in Prairieville that was a lot safer and 10 times cleaner.

I felt very unsafe here. The conditions are terrible and my comforter has burn marks all on them.

Upon arriving, the front desk worker wasn't present (was literally gone), had to wait about 10 minutes to check in. The first room I was given was very poor in quality. It was very dirty and smelled terrible, wish I got a video but it was so bad I immediately ran out. Tried to reenter for video proof but the key malfunctioned. Was given a second room which I could not enter due to faulty room keys and door. The third room ok but still bad. Beds has no pillows. The sheets on the beds were dirty and had stains and hairs on them. The hotel room was also infested with roaches. The room smelled as well. I think the room got me a bit sick.

My stuff was stolen-thrown in dumpster while i was out during the day. Don't stay here
