Clean rooms

When walking into our room we were greeted by roaches on the counter and in the sink. This hotel should definitely be shut down. It’s unsafe and unkept. It’s a haven to local drug addicts and street workers

I used it last year and I liked it, that's the reason I chose it again, and the price

Average hotel. good pricing. Definitely need your own transportation to get around.

The room needs updating

The small lobby area had a bad smell, my room was on the 1st floor by the lobby and in the room I heard all the noise from the hall/lobby. Couldn’t really sleep and a strange man kept knocking on our room door late at night

Property condition was terrible, halls and rooms smelled musty and of marijuana smoke. Door key readers don't work properly. Main door was propped open by a car jack. At approximately 1:45 a.m. a lady screamed and banged on a neighboring room door until 3 a.m. with no response from front desk. It appeared as though some people were living there long term.

Honestly would not recommend…they did not have a room ready for me when I got there, and I had to wait for over an hour before they checked me in. They even turned say some people who had already booked a room because “there’s no rooms left.” Staff were very unprofessional and had no idea enthusiasm. The room had a very horrible smell, so book at ur own risk. Don’t even get me started on the neighborhood. It was very sketchy and scary looking. You really get what your paying for.

It was good just no hot water or good WiFi kitchen could have been cleaned better

I was given the opportunity to check my room before i got there the firat 2 rooms i went to was wrong i requested 2 beds only had 1 and they was dirty the 3rd room they sent me to was under construction then finally got 4th room it was not very clean but we was tired and ready to rest a little. Beds was not comfortable tv remote was broke room needed to be better cleaned and updated a little paint would of helped and the building smelled like smoke with kids running all hours of the night.

It was horrible the room was dirty the sheets had stains on them and there was no hot water will never book again

The entire hotel smells HORRIBLE with a mixture of marijuana & stinky cleaning products that smell awful when mixed together. There was blood in the elevator and what looked and smelled like urine in the hallway. Never again!!!

The outside is always dirty but the staff tries very hard to keep it clean all of arguing going on outside I was woken up ALOT 4-5 am with screaming and fighting going on out side and I was on the 4th floor and still was woken up the walls and stairs are dirty and full of trash. But the staff really tries we had 2 rooms and they were clean but I seen roaches In one room and the other had tape holding microwave together alone w one burner working only! But the room was very clean the staff was very nice and helpful but don't loose your key that's 10 to get a new one and don't put trash out in hall that's another 10 the elevator is raggedy and don't plan on riding it fast or even at all bc theirs 4 floors and one elevator and people stand at it keeping it open so no one can ride! Also if you have a service dog be prepared bc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

The staff was unfriendly

This hotel is not awful but it’s not great either, it’s a practical hotel that is cost effective when you are trying to be cost conscious on a work trip. It has great amenities and the rooms are spacious and clean, some of the clientele were loud and rambunctious a few nights but all in all it was not a bad week for the price which is definitely lower for an entire week.

Terrible customer service

The property was closed early do to holidays,,Me and my kids had to sleep in my car tell the next day.

Did not stay. Drove up and drove off. Never exited my vehicle. Didn't like location, nor activity outside.

Floors were disgusting, no door handles in the bathroom so you would get locked in if you weren’t careful, partially attempted updating, but it was half ass, people all over the property were smoking weed including our neighbors, loud music, in and outside the property, absolutely no respect for other guests!!’n

We booked this hotel for an LSU game. But, after checking in we decided it would be better to drive home at 11:00pm than sacrifice our peace of mind because it felt unsafe. It had a low standard of cleanliness, as in, the sheets and towels were probably washed but the room as a whole gave a sense of being unsanitary and run down. The only pluses were that it was pet friendly and the receptionist was nice.

The pictures on Expedia do NOT represent the actual property. To say it was unclean is an understatement. Within the first five minutes of being in the room I saw 5 roaches. The carpet was wet. There was mold in the bathroom. If you have other options do NOT stay here. The manager was kind and I was able to get a refund.

First of all, walking in, your staff was very unprofessional. It took forever to get serviced because they were dealing with someone that didn't know how to run a credit card through. Then when we went into the hallway, it smelled like an ashtray. Filthy, nasty smelling!! we made sure to check for bedbugs. The only good thing I have to say is if the beds were pretty comfortable considering. The rooms were Barebone. No lamps on the table. Skimpy little towels. And then when we got in late, our keys didn't work, so we had to wake someone up to get them reprogrammed.

Overall pretty nasty. Stains sheets and carpets, bad smells in the halls and rooms, people smoking weed in the rooms, hallways and elevators.

The front desk lady Asia was very nice at check in & informative of things to do that weekend in Baton Rouge.

I paid for a room and didn’t even stay soon as I walked in I seen several roaches the sheets had burn holes in them the refrigerator was nasty counter was nasty I left completely pissed and wasted 212$ that I needed

Great staffing

Horrible customer service/ front desk employees. I waited a hour and a half before I got service. I had to call a third party company that was taking calls for them to get in touch with them and have them come down and he also contacted the GM. That's when I got service.

Well my stay @ Woodspring suites on airline is very fabulous. I enjoy staying @ this hotel every time I come visit Baton Rouge. Miss Erica, Miss Tasha, Miss Asia & Miss Trinity are all very EXCLUSIVE STAFF MEMBERS OF WOODSPRING SUITES & THEY WILL TAKE GREAT CARE OF YOU ! DONE WELL DONE GUY'S.

Once I arrived at the check in time the office was closed. I sat and waited about 10min for a staff member to arrive. I was given a room and put my stuff on the bed. The chairs had sticky stuff on them. And the carpet had many stains. The sheets were stained and had cigarette burn holes in them. It smelled like cigarettes even tho it was considered a “non” smoking room. I then went and grabbed some food and came back to my room unlocked… I freaked out and made sure all my stuff was inside and the door knob was broken. I requested another room because I do not feel safe staying in a room with no lock. They said they only had a smoking room available to move me too or they would refund me. I requested to be refunded. Many of the guest seem to be living there and had garbage bags in the hallways. The area was no safe and had multiple people walking around in the parking lot. Dead roaches were in the elevator. Not once did I see housekeeping. Would not recommend ever! The worst hotel I’ve stayed at. I’ve stayed at cleaner Motels.
