easy check in friendly staff clean hotel
we stayed in 2 seperate bed room and beds were so small we couldnt sleep in such small beds it was like baby bed.

Looks like the furnitures are a bit old but not a big deal. Breakfast was superb.

The property is clean and reasonable. The downside is it is not close to convenience and you need a car.

We had a great one night stay before our flight to Istanbul. This room was in better condition than our previous stay. Had a nice meal in the restaurant and there was a taxi waiting for our early flight.

Was a nice and easy place to stay coming from the airport before we went to Cappadocia. There was a little bit of wear and tear .. the light by the bed wasn’t working, the toilet flush was nearly falling off the wall and the shower wasn’t draining very well. It was clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable.

Prima hotel voor een hele goede prijs. Beetje aan de buitenkant van Kayseri. Je hebt eigen vervoer nodig of taxi’s om naar het centrum te gaan.

Never stayed at an Ibis and never will again. Room unbelievably small. Dinner was the worst food ever. Sat outside on patio beside restaurant and bar and over 2 hours with no service personnel asking if we would like something to eat or drink. Never again.

The hotel is new and the room was very clean. The roof top deck can be used to view the incredible site of the famous Cappadocia baloons. Breakfast was ok but since food is so good and cheap in the region. I typically skipped to make sure I have an appetite for the local restaurants

The staff took the Covid protocol seriously, and they had a well organized plan for guests to share the very nice dining facilities at the adjacent hotel. It was a really good experience overall. I was a little disappointed that the ski shuttle was not running, but it was very simple to use the taxis that are positioned in the parking lot. The location is along a busy highway, but the hotel is set back far enough to allow for a quiet nights rest. I used taxis everyday from this location. A very nice experience.

It’s a great budget option for a comfy sleep and decent shower, no thrills nothing fancy, bit tired looking, but does the trick. Staff were super friendly, taxi ride to the airport is less than 10 mins. drive and about 25TL, don’t know why people are complaining about the rooms being stuffy, I just switched the aircon fan on and everything was fine.
