Overall great stay. The only feedback is that the breakfast (hot food) option is very limited and only gets topped up twice.
We went for breakfast around 8:30am and 8am noting that breakfast time is advertised until 10am), and missed out on the hot food both days.

Great place to stay. Only downside was that our keycard stopped working three times during a stay of four day. The staff helped us out. I would definitely recommend this place.

The hotel is not fancy but the public areas are like a garden.
Breakfast is quite basic but adequate.
Overall it’s an excellent place to stay but don’t expect lots of frills.

We loved our stay at Rumi Punku! It is a beautiful colonial style hotel with comfortable rooms. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I requested a room on the upper floor when I booked and this is what I received. The hotel is very conveniently located a short walk away from the main square. We were able to leave our suitcases in the safe luggage room for 6 days after check out while touring the jungle.

We stayed here before and after our hike to Machu Picchu. The hotel was perfect. I can highly recommend staying here. The location is great.

Friendly and caring staffs. The property locates on a ramp which requires a little walk from the main attractions. My room was a bit humid, which isn’t really enjoyable on such a high altitude where oxygen is already reduced.

Stayed 3 times before and after 5 day treks, staff are excellent and very helpful, breakfast great, if you need anything ask them and they can probably arrange it for a very reasonable price - laundry including merino hiking gear needing low temp wash and dry, masssge between hikes, private jetted tub and sauna use. I would not stay anywhere else in Cusco after this experience, they had everything we need for a great price.

Fantastic locally run hotel, staff excellent and very helpful, we loved staying here and had some difficult travel arrangements with two 5bdaybtreks between stays and they stored luggage free of charge, organised transport with good price for us, madsage between hikes on site, great laundry service for difficult hiking garments with no issues. Breakfast included, unbeatable for the price.

Stayed in this excellent, locally run hotel. Staff were fantastic, price is great, they atored luggage for us twice on 2 x 5 day treks with Alpaca Expeditions with no fee. Breakfast included and its excellent for fhe price of the stay. They have filtered drinking water for free that we drank over a 2 week period and did not get sick. The laundry service for the treks is very reasonable and we booked a great massage between hikes and use of the private spa (jetted tub, sauna, shower) that is also very reasonably priced and great between treks. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Cusco is a great base and i wouldnt stay anywhere else in Cusco having stayed here. Great value for money.

The staff was very helpful in all areas. We left bags while we did the Inca Trail and they worked with us on questions we had on a different tour. Breakfast was great. Great boutique hotel that is very accommodating

Hotel Rumí Punku is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The staff are so hospitable, the breakfast is great, and the location is very convenient. We very much enjoyed the massages offered, and can’t wait to stay here again.

A quintessential boutique hotel a few blocks from Plaza de Armas. Housed in a historic building, the entire building exudes rustic charm. Beautiful courtyards, spacious, clean rooms and a wonderful breakfast buffet. Staff are all outstanding. We absolutely loved this hotel and wished we could stay longer.

Quaint hotel on quiet street near everything in Cusco. Rooms were nice with king bed and courtyard. Breakfast was good with made to order eggs. Had Laundry done in just a few hours and couples massage for $60. Filtered water fountain and tea available 24 hours. Very lovely hotel

I am really not sure why this is just a three star resort. It is beautiful. The rooms are spacious, we stayed on the fourth floor and it even had a frig. The breakfast is nothing with nothing but they had great coffee and made fresh eggs. The location is also good - close to the center but not noisy. The only thing that annoyed me was the lack of elevators. Hiking up to the fourth floor in Cuzco is not pleasant!

Very clean and safe hotel in Cusco. The property grounds is well kept and the staff are attentive and friendly. Breakfast is very simple and keep in mind (like most roads in Cusco) the road is extremely narrow, so larger buses can’t get by. Best to come with a smaller van or taxi.

The beds were very uncomfortable and the room was very small. There is also zero privacy in this hotel as all your windows face other rooms/hallways. It’s close to the main square which is good but I do not think this makes up for the overall disappointment I found when staying here.

The people were very helpful with laundry rides changing money storing bags and even let me use the printer. The beds are comfy and shower hot (most of the time). They have filtered water in the lobby. The whole place is adorable!

The “doorway/ entrance” to this hotel is quite deceiving! But once you go thru the gates you will be pleasantly surprised at how beautiful this boutique hotel is with its many potted plants/ succulents/ flowers and fountains. No elevators but they are quick to assist you with taking your bags to and from your room. So clean and almost looks brand new. English speaking staff at front desk. Breakfast in the mornings are fresh fruit/ bread assortment and cooked to order eggs. Our view from our 4th floor was amazing. We loved our stay here!

Is a nice little hotel, staffs are very helpful. Breakfast was good, specially fresh fruits and fresh juices they make every morning. Our room was dark and not appealing but other rooms upstairs they are bright and have nice terrace. They were world out so we got what was available for those dates. Price are very reasonable and honestly I like the location better than other hotels close to plaza de armas. Everything worked out very well and we are very pleased with our service and the hotel staffs. I hope I can come back in the future with my kids.

Very quaint property in walking distance to the main square and many restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Upon arrival we immediately were given recommendations for restaurants and coca tea. Delicious breakfast too! Will be back again.

Room was nice enough. But the soundproofing is terrible. Can literally hear everything. Also heat doesn't come on until 7 for some reason. Hot water didn't come on until 5:30 one day. Staff were very friendly though.

My experience at Rumi Punko was great. I traveled alone and stayed for five days. Excellent customer service. My room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was delicious. They offered me a free taxi service from the airport to the hotel. Rene, the driver, was a very kind and informative person. My return flight ticket was in the afternoon, but they helped me to do my morning checkout and kept my luggage in the store until the evening. I hope to return one day.
