I am disappointed in giving this poor review, but unfortunately I’m left with little choice after the experience I had in staying at this hotel. Even after reading the reviews and seeing the pictures online, I truly thought my family and I were going to have the top tier experience at an affordable rate - I should’ve known it was too good to be true. Please note the staff during check in and checkout were very friendly, however it was more the condition of the hotel and the room itself that was the big let down. For starters the minute we walked into the hotel we could smell something in the air - I am sure it was mold because my allergies flared up the entire stay. Also, the furniture was old (see photos) and when I asked for extra towels they resorted to give me what looked like something old, and thin that had probably been used to previously clean. The pillows were terrible and the AC as well was loud and cranky. I had hoped to have a decent breakfast at least for my kids but that too was a let down. Which I realize is a lot to ask for since many hotels these days don’t even have the option of a complimentary continental breakfast. Needless to say, I will not be staying here again.

The staff was amazing! We accidentally left a bag and they notified us within 30 minutes that we had left it. We were very grateful!

We’ve stayed here in the past, but this experience was not great. The room we were in was not very welcoming. It smelled, the furniture was very old and dated. The fridge did not cool and also was not cleaned because there was an old water bottle in it. Looks like they came in and put towels and toiletries but that’s all. Not sure what happened in the past year, but I’m not sure if we will go back. Also the staff at the front desk weren’t very welcoming.

It was a great stay however the tub faucet barely had pressure and the drain stopped wouldn’t stop all the way and needed to take a bath. Also the pillows had a very weird smell. Lastly the air conditioning barely cooled mist of the night until morning. I have stayed at this La Quinta before with no issues. Great quality. Not sure about the it s particular room. 324. Nice property, little worn on some of the to furniture but overall good. Walls are paper then heard everything the people next door were saying. Breakfast was less the stellar but would serve the purpose.

Extremely clean hotel and room, which is always my top priority. Beds and pillows were very firm, so not very comfortable to me. Breakfast choices were typical--kept fresh, and tasted great. Staff was cordial, and that's good enough for me. Very easy on/off interstate. Safe area with tons of dining and shopping options.

Clean and comfortable. Was able to accommodate pets (with a small fee). Check in was easy but keep in mind this property requires guests to stay with their pets at all times. You are not allowed to leave your pets unattended. Because of this I had to get a take out meal while my wife stayed with our dogs. It was not the end of the world but something that potential guests should be aware of. Neighborhood seemed ok. There were empty beer hotels in the parking lot and we saw shady looking characters walking nearby. There was a designated pet area. For the most part, good for a short stay.

When we arrived, the rooms we were given were not what was advertised. The front desk staff was nice enough to make it right but the rooms room we received were on different floors (not ideal with kids). Someone knocked on the door all night long keeping the kids awake. The other room had something disgusting in the shower and the furniture was in terrible shape. The walls were also so thin that we could hear our neighbors throwing up all night long. Even though the staff was nice, I would NEVER stay at this property again. It was gross and run down despite the outward appearance.

Was in town for the MidSummer Challenge bike ride. Great location from ride start (about 4 miles). Also close to places to eat and shop.

I liked the updated bathroom. Our room had some cobwebs and what appeared to be mold on the ceiling, but otherwise the room was clean. The pool area was clean. The entrance was clean, but smelled like fish.

Pictures online looked like it would've been a lot nicer . Furniture in room was pretty work and tv stand scratched up. It was clean though . We could hear a lot of noises above us and around us . It was ok at best . Our view was the drive of a Burger King lol .

Quite stay away from the downtown area of town.

Need to pick up doggie deposits around the front of hotel more often - i.e., daily.

Great visit, safety was something I didn’t have to worry about, good customer service, clean suite, will most definitely use them again when I’m back in the area!

Decent place in a good area for an ok price. Quick on and off the freeway, several places ear right there. Very nice staff, neat and clean. Nice bathrooms.

The 2 ladies at check in were amazing. They did an excellent job. Very friendly. Room was clean & very amazing.

First the lobby was nice. Customer service was polite and friendly. I found the area safe felt safe as a solo traveler. Security over parking lot. Lot is small, parking is tight. Bed were very comfortable several pillows from soft to firm good to know. Pretty clean hotel but I am a clean and osha inspector in building g so I find items dirty most would not overall no hair nor dirty floors. Furniture had some scratches but it is a dog friendly hotel so dogs can do that. I did not any bad smells in hallway nor elevator and it was working just fine. Smelt like clean dog not nasty in my room sprayed a little body spray deodorant and all was good. Breakfast was okay although coffee was good, and scrambled eggs. Yet nice they had a free breakfast just wish there was peanut butter. My room was quiet no problems sleeping and the room stayed dark. On the 2nd floor 216. Satisfied
