When I first got off the elevator on 4th floor there was a terrible odor that something had gone wrong. I went down and told front desk who informed maintenance, and within a couple hours they had located and resolved whatever hidden problem they had. Staff very friendly and responsive, room very clean, beds super comfortable. Maintenance staff very responsive.

Shower had large cracks that have been "masked" over with some type of low budget sealant. Clear signs of mold is growing in the cracks of the shower door. Needs a really good scrub down with some bleach water. Tiny baby roaches coming from shower drain. This USED to be our go to property because of the location and the price but I wont go back. Nothing is worth the chance of taking bugs back home with me. Someone needs to walk the property and update where needed. Its a shame to allow this location to suffer for such minor issues. I had no issue with the actual sleeping area. Bed was nice, sheets were clean and the room smelled clean. I just pay close attention to detail and the staff should too. See something, say something.

Great service, friendly and helpful staff, pool was clean and fun, and breakfast was great. Overall just a great experience. Will visit again.

The guest across the hallway let her preteens yell, talk, bang on doors and run through the hallway from 10pm to after 4 am. Guest services did not try to stop the noise until 2 complaints. My husband told them to go to their rooms. Security came 2x with no effect. Security never asked to speak to the adult in charge or discuss consequences. At 6 am the door knocking, yelling and talking started again.
We’ve been guests 4 x’s a year for 5 years.

After a long day of driving we desperately need a hot tub to relax in and sooth our muscles. Clean. Friendly. Comfortable rooms with a decent indoor pool and spa/hot tub area. Plus breakfast included!

Was up all night noisy and we to the desk at 12:00 pm to complain about the people across the hall making noise and slamming doors and they talk to them was better for about 45 minutes and then started back again was that way all night

Very nice hotel. They overbooked so they don’t have our room. They upgraded us and made sure we were accommodated and comfortable.

Had an amazing stay the staff was excellent and very friendly and helpful, the rooms was very clean.

The water had rust coming out of the pipes not only in our room but in other members of the party we were with, It did not go away after running the water several mintes.

There was nothing special about the hotel or anything bad that stood out. It was just average. Not sure if I would stay there again, just for the fact that it is in Memphis and I dont feel safe in that city.

What i had planned to be a fun weekend with the pool at the hotel was set in mind well the chlorine in the pool burned my 6 an 7 yr olds skin up to where it needed medical attention. I told the gentleman about it an he was very apologetic and shut the pool down then later followed up that the chlorine level was thru the roof. Now we know why they got this icky topical burn.

Plenty of parking to fit a moving truck trailer, quick and easy check-in/out. Only complaint is breakfast buffet wasn't included, as they were asking for $12/person.

Room was great. Clean all around. The galleria is close and almost walkable. The area is good for the most part. It was perfect place for us to stop on our larger road trip.
