The Hotel is old but in good location. The room is Very traditional and old but confortable.

Like the room with nice views, there are some that don’t have a view, make sure to ask for them.

Small but clean room. Hallways are not air conditioned and only one elevator. They keep air conditioning off trying to save energy but makes it uncomfortable. Bed slides when trying to seat leaning on headboard.

I stayed for 4 days in Monteolivos Hotel for Business trip, was wonderful, very good location, Clean, quite zone, many restaurant, excellent service, close to everything.

The hotel was nice the only thing is that the AC goes off when you leave so when you return the room is hot.

Overall stay was OK. They were all nice on the front desk. As requested, they sent a taxi to pick me up at the airport (extra charge). Restaurant menu and room service were OK also.

The only problem we experienced was that the transportation we arranged with the hotel from the airport to the hotel, failed to show. It was quickly resolved when we called the hotel and they sent a vehicle to get us. The price for the transportation did wound up higher than it was quoted on the site.

Great hotel to base ourselves as a family of five while visiting family in San Pedro. The breakfast included is a real plus and excellent.

No fuss, straightforward booking and good quality service. Secure location with City Mall across street.

I spent three days at the hotel and was able to determine a few things: 1. The hotel offers better rates at the lobby as those published on-line. 2. A strippclub is located just across the street (and might get kind of noisy at night) 3. It is located in a commercial area, near restaurants and a big mall. 4. Overall the hotel facilities were ok. 5. As mentioned, taxes are not included in the rate, so you may want to add and extra 20% (For that rate, I would have rather stayed at another place) 6. Taxi rates to the airport are a lie. They have a sign offering some soart of special rate, but guess what? taxi drivers charge you double.... 7. Food ok (nothing fancy, like a "comedor") 8. Nice Internet speed, available for free in all rooms. 9. Air conditioner in all rooms.. necesarry for San Pedro. 10. Bathroom facilities are somehow disappointing.. 7. Terrible if you want to change some dollars to lempiras... at the counter...
