After a cancelled international flight, we need somewhere to stay and spend the next 24 hours. The hotel was very clean, all the staff was so friendly, and the location was so close to the subway and food options. Would definitely stay again!

Location and affordability was good for what we needed. Room was a tight but wasn't there to spend time in the room. Staff was very friendly.

First the room wasn’t available for an hour after “guaranteed check in” time.
Second, we get to the room and there is a huge yellow stain on the carpet on the floor near the bed, and there is hair in the toilet.
Then we see someone’s smelly socks in the closet.
When we get to the room late at night the electronic lock on the door doesn’t work.
We booked a room with a sofa bed. The pull out sofa bed is rock hard - not suitable for sleeping.

This property was very moder, clean, and completely renovated. The lobby was bright and contemporary and the room was spacious with good amenities and the bed was like sleeping in your own home which is rare for any hotel. My only suggestion is that a bottle of water and bathrobe be provided to guests.

Everything was very clean and well maintained. My daughters and I enjoyed the central location with everything we wanted to do within walking distance of the hotel or we easily got a car to pick us up. They held our luggage after we checked out so we didn't have to cart it around the city. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend it.

Stayed here recently only was charged $50 for security deposit so that’s what I came prepared to spend and they tried to charge me $200 deposit for each room I had booked and on top of that staff was very rude
