the AC was noisy to the point it was impossible to sleep.

The reception staff was extremely cooperative and polite. They not only accommodated our request for early check-in but also promptly offered us from lower floor to higher floor room next day. The breakfast was amazing, and service was impeccable.

Lighting at the lobby could have been more illuminating. The entrance at the lifts were dimly lighted which evokes scary feelings prior getting into elevators.

We loved the location and onsite amenities - Cafe and BAR!

The only thing was a "not so good" espresso martini in the Cafe which we had to ultimately request a replacement for after 2 attempts. Also, would recommend adding a chocolate martini to your bartenders expertise.

Great room, high floor with great views of the city. A comfortable bed and big bathtub. The staff left a free bottle of prosecco and some chocolates and a nice note since we were celebrating a special occasion.

Great staff, extremely friendly, and welcoming, area was also great! walkable distance to shops and cafes and restaurants !

The room I was in was extremely small, there was barely any circulation space. It wasn’t comfortable for one person alone and we were two people.

I liked the room and professionalism of the staff.

The view from my room wasn't the best; but I was out of the room a significant amount of time.

The fact that the staff lied and said there was ash all over my room but when they said they could provide proof they refused communication I had to contact a legal aid. They kicked me out based on a lie and had to refund my cleaning fee. Absolutely nightmarish

Staff was friendly...room was comfortable, slept well in the bed. Lots of convenience with dining.

The only thing I noticed was in the bathroom. Seemed like there was a bit too much soap residue in the shower. Not a big deal but that's what stands out.

misleading - when I booked the standard king, it was a picture of a different room with floor to ceiling windows and when I checked the hotel website, the king rooms are described as “extra large windows for superb views of New York City” - we were on the 3rd floor and there was one small window with no view. the room was dry and stuffy (I felt sick in the morning rather than refreshed), the amenities were a joke, the bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly, and this was the most overpriced hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

Staff was super friendly. The location was great, quiet, beautiful view and court yard.
