Great apartments with the basics you need to prepare meals, dishwasher and washing machine. Extra towels, hygiene and cleaning products was provided. Only thing that was an issue was quality and range of wifi network. Was only available close to entrance.
But other than that . Amazing Service provided before our late arrival. Great standard of the apparment and accessories that was provided. Walking distance beautiful Old town of Bilbao, Museums, restaurants etc.

Apartment spacious. Very hot. No air-conditioning. Clean but at first glance. Floors not so clean. Dust on top of fridge etc. Chair fabric badly worn and coming apart. Set up confusing as one lift then a corridor to another lift. Garage convenient €15/night. Staff very friendly. Short walk to old town down a ateep hill.

Clean and comfortable apartment accommodation (my apartment matched the photos show) just a few minutes walk from the Casco Viejo old town area and 15-20 minutes walk from central Bilbao.
The receptionist was friendly and no problems were encountered during my 3 night stay. Air conditioning (or some sort of fans!) would have been nice as the temperature hit the mid 40s during a heatwave.
Walking to the apartments involves a short uphill walk but if you don't fancy this catch the Bilbobus 77 or 40 from stops in the city centre and around the old town (0.66€ when using a Barik travel card).
Would happily stay here again.

Stay was great. I was late checking in. I arrived at the hotel at around 11PM. Receptionist was no longer there, but Edgar picked up the phone and helped me get to the parking and to my apartment. Edgar is a great guy.

Helpful staff and clean. The double bed was really uncomfortable and had old springs which creaked with every move. The toilet didn’t flush with the press button so we just took the lid off. We didn’t have spare time to get this fixed.

Apart-hotel. Location was not bad, but a bit farther from the restaurants and shopping and museums than I would have liked. Still walking distance, but through a rough section of town. The building was clean, but the apartment was showing its age. All of the furniture was IKEA type and old, not the most comfortable. Appliances were older also and no dishwasher. Overall is was ok. The price could be a bit better given the conditions and distance from city centre.

They told us that check in was 3pm we arrived at 3pm and had to wait around until nearly 4pm to check in.

Love the hotel! Even though The woman in the lobby had a really bay day.. or bad days haha. But they let us park the car longer and that was great!

Central location and safe car parking. Apartment we had the main bed was like a camping foldable bed, kitchen chairs shabby.

Arrived after 9pm and was told the security guard would meet us and give us the keys . No instruction on how to get into the property and nobody there , had to go looking for him . When we finally got the keys the key to the main building did not work . The bed settee in the front room dipped think the springs had gone in it . Think it needs updating.

Heavy smell of cleaning fluid upon arrival which lasted 2 days. Bed was horrible springy trampoline!. However great location only 10 minutes walk to markets and old town, which made up for the downside of unit. Staff friendly upon arrival but lift format very confusing.

The check in process took forever. We waited more than an hour for one person to check us in. The office was stifling. Apartment itself was clean but quite worn. P

Good location easy to get to main sights. Better than hotel for young family. Apartment was well equipped but the beds were uncomfortable. Staff were helpful but could be more friendly.

Very clean and spacious apartment 10mins walk from the atmospheric old town. Ideal for the family apart from the lack of air conditioning although this was not a major problem. Staff were OK but a little brusque but that could have been the language barrier.

the service was awful. specially the manager he was a complete jerk!. this apartments are very nice, but unfortunatelly we had an apartment with no heather and it was really cold outside so we were freezing!, and there was NO hot water to be able to take a shower. we called the reception and guess what? well... there is no one there to help during the night, only the guard, so he was kind and he was able to get us extra blankets to be able to sleep. In the morning the reception opened about 9am, and I complaint about the heather and the hot water and manager said oh well you survived!!If staying here Ill suggest definetelly make sure you get there with pleny of time for someone in the reception to go to the apartment with you and check EVERYTHING! before they leave you hanging.

Shower in apartment 108 needs fixing but comfort wise just like a home away from home. Has all the stuff needed like washing machine stove/oven, fridge, microwave etc. Only thing missing was a kettle but almost perfect. Lots of buses to head downtown but walkable which is what we did. Do note it is uphill on the way back but great exercise :)

It was clean, but very dated. The staff was helpful, but couldn’t get the WiFi to work for most of our stay. The location isn’t as good as we thought. It’s quite a walk to bars and stores. The building is confusing, and no explanation for heating in the room. Our refrigerator barely worked, so that was frustrating. Many things in the room were in disrepair!
