Very nice accommodation.
Only issue with our room is that there is a construction flaw/damage on one of the windows where there is a gap and it doesn’t shut properly. So we can hear the noise from the streets.

Check in started at 2pm, the front desk seem a bit stressed, our room was only ready at almost 4pm. It’s an old building with a not so “driver friendly” parking lots.
The 2 bedroom suites was spacious , the kitchen has all the things you need for cooking.
At night the streets here can be heavy traffic, so plan your activities.
Overall I think I would give a 7/10. If you are couple looking to get romantic honeymoon feel then you will get disappointed.

Stayed 3 nights in the studio suite. Room size was good, clean, with equiped kitchen, bathroom spacious. It has 2 swimming pools, level 1 and 31. Located very close to Jalan Alor, Pavilion and most major malls (walking distance). Approximately 15 minutes walk to KLCC and Petronas towers.

We had stayed here previously and enjoyed it thoroughly then and again now. It's in a vibrant walkable area. Our room was a corner suite with an amazing view. We had no complaints and will return on our next visit to KL

I revisited this hotel and found it free from any chaotic hustle and bustle, allowing for a relatively peaceful stay. There were a few times when the room wasn't cleaned properly, but aside from that, everything was satisfactory.

Amazing. The staff are brilliant and very helpful. The location is perfect, only a 15minute walk to the Pavilion shopping centre. Plenty of food options in the surrounding area.

This is the second time i stayed wiith the hotel. Reason...its because of its location and not to mention it's service and staffs are all wonderful. Room are big with all required amenities. Felt like I was staying in my own flat. This hotel is right in the middle of all the hustle and bustle of KL. Walking distance to major attraction, shopping mall. Close to monorail, lrt statio as well as the famoues Jalan Alor. Definitely will be no 1 choice . Thank you for making my stay a great one., again👍

Not sure how deliberate but the front desk asked if we’d prefer a single multi bedroom suite rather than two rooms- we had two multi bedroom suites booked as it turns out… Older but was a proper luxury hotel, nice pools and gym, good food options nearby and the expat drinking street was useful to watch some live sport.

We booked a 1 bedroom premier suite for 6 nights. Even though it was a bit dated the suite was very well laid out. The bed was comfortable, the size of the unit was great. Having the kitchen was very convenient, even though we only used it for our breakfast and a few of our lunches. The hotel is in easy walking distance to Restaurants and the Pavilion Shopping Mall. The staff were very helpful. Would stay there again.

This is our 4th time staying in this hotel. This largely sums up our satisfaction in this hotel. Location is within walking distance from the busiest area yet remains to have its quietness. Admittedly there are areas of ageing signs and attentions such as the ensuite bathroom door. Overall, cleanliness and services are remaining at a high standard. This stay has again been a very pleasant experience.

I stayed for 6 nights at Park Royal, the suite was very comfortable and the hotel was clean and in a very good location for anyone wanting to stay in the Bukit Bintang area. It was also quiet at night, which I really appreciated. The staff at the hotel were all friendly and professional, I would definitely stay again if I ever get another chance to travel to KL.
