Only for one night so for the excellent price all i hoped for was a decent bed. It was a typical motel set up and it was very clean, bright lighting and crisp white sheets and bedding. I will stay there again if i need to without doubt.

Late check in info was incorrect, basic things like room number and parking, staff spoke little English and were unresponsive and unhelpful. If they fix these aspects it would be ok and good value

Very clean, basic with new bathroom. Blinds let in a lot of light so early wake up. Bit noisy as bathroom window permanently open.

After reading the reviews I thought we might have a shot at a quiet room for two nights as the motel was opposite a park, next to the Murray R. This was not the case! The first night found that there were a lot of contract workers booked in. Outside the room beside us were two pairs of boots on their doorstep, with a pair of discarded socks! Great. Later, we found that the road outside the motel is haunted by local hoons in souped-up cars, who rev up their motors and scream past the motel at various times in the evenings. At 2am on the first night at a couple decided to have a loud, sweary fight right outside our room which ended up out in the carpark, with a woman discharging a fire extinguisher on the bloke she was swearing at. Someone on the other side reported it in and the cops turned up ten minutes later, but by then they had gone. The second night there was a busload of people staying, who decided to have a noisy get-together outside for hours. This was complemented by a large group of equally loud youngsters who were having a sort of 'party' at the other end of the motel. There was a lot of running about and screaming. As a result not much sleep was had by us either night! To cap it off, there was no water in the swimming pool, and our 'complimentary' bottle of wine did not appear! This is probably the worst place we have stayed at when booking with Hotels.com. The bed was OK, room a bit tired looking but a decent size. It was convenient. But that's it! Never again!

Good rest stop on the way back to Melbourne. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and well appointed. Parking firne. Lots of food and fuel options nearby

Close to town, clean and comfortable accommodation, friendly staff, reasonably priced.

We were able to sleep our family of 5 in 2 adjoining rooms. It was clean. Good communication for a late check in.

A very clean but basic room

Very tired and desperately in need of a lick of paint. Cobwebs on ceiling and hair shavings left on floor of bathroom from previous guests. Glad we were only staying the one night.

Changed our room to one with a bath, bloody shower over the bath and we had to climb in and out. No glasses no spoons no small plates. Never again

Room was nice and clean. Parking close to room. A bit noisy from main road and trucks. Not much you can do about that though. Kettle, Microwave, fridge, tea and coffee, private bathroom all the essentials.

Stayed here twice en route between Sydney and Melbourne. Both timesI came in late and I was able to get access and parking with a trailer no problems. Clean and simple. Breakfast not amazing but included in good value price. Importantly, not a big detour off main highway. Would stay again.

Shower a bit small for large and tall people but overall it was excellent

White light on top of door to attract mosquitoes make it worse and easy for mosquitoes to get inside room each time you open the door.Breakfast : only cereal, toasted bread, juice and coffee. I did pay $140 in a good hotel in Canberra few days back and $120 for this motel? worthless pay for this. Good: pool and close to Albury CBD. Friendly stuff.I will not recommend this Motel for this price unless price drop to $50-50.

Property run down. Grubby bathroom with bugs and stained carpets. Curtains didn’t close and ac very noisy.

There way a lot of noise outside during our mid week stay with a 6 month old. A few other guest were drinking and shouting. We made a complaints but nothing really changed and we were still charged full price. A couple other guest were disappointed also and made complaints during the night. Yet to hear from owners.
