Rooms very small. Pool not operational. Walls very thin (hearing neighbours) Beds very hard. Staff very helpfull

Very average accommodation

Pretty rundown- reception area feels very doom and gloom and musk smell. Expensive for $200 for what it is and the room we got around the back without even a view. No pool although a photo of the pool ?? Checkin times aren’t updated so could’ve saved me chasing late checkin request. Ants on bench tops. Wouldn’t recommend and won’t be back.

It was run down, the pool was just rubble in a puddle with security tape around it. The curtains didn’t fully close. The place was dingy and a bit dirty but not filthy. The TV wouldn’t turn off unless you unplugged it. One of the power points between the beds was faulty and dangerous. The smoke alarm went off in the middle of the night and we had to remove it from the wall and take out the battery. Beds were ok but soft and a bit uncomfortable although not impossible to sleep on. I mean it was cheap - $260 for two people for test nights - so I suppose we got what we paid for. On a positive note it was a good location for our needs.

We had issue of booking overlap, so did not get the room we booked. Don't know how that happened. We got the lower room instead. Staff at reception was cooperative and accommodate to lower room with different rate of $120. Initially very upset but later on ok stay. Would request to Expedia and motel to ensure such thing should not happen as it can ruin someone's holidays

Good location, in need of a lot of work as fairly dated but clean comfortable and good value for money

Only a very small fan heater for heating, ceiling fan for cooling, which would not be satisfactory on very hot days, very uncomfortable bed, cleaning not up to standard, hair on wall in shower. The room is very tired, and needs upgrading and found very noisy as well could hear the guests conversation in the next room.

Close to everything Comfortable bed

This motel is dated and there was no substative heating in the room. The fan heater provided was torally inadequate. I put an extta blanket on the bed aa welll. There are many other motels in the near vicinity.

Overall good for overnight stay. Centrally located and all required facilities in room.

A big shower was great. One power point did not work. Otherwise good.

It was close to Pubs and Clubs. When we went for a shower,we were sprayed with water outside the shower as the shower rose, was split and kept in place with a cable ti. The TV remote had the battery cover missing and the battery kept moving. When you tried to turn it on, a message come on the screen NO Signal CHECK cable connection. The Dirty comment was in regards to cob webs and the shower cubicle, and bathroom floor with scum around the edges of the tiles where it met the floor.

Very old, dead cockroach In Cupboard next to spare blanket. I was cold but wouldn’t use the blanket, was on the floor in cupboard, needs upgrading, bathroom awful. Wouldn’t go back.

Truly a Budget motel- rooms are small with minimal furniture. Combined bathroom / toilet even smaller. Current photograph of swimming pool area most likely taken when motel originally opened - now water is putrid and surrounds overgrown with weeds. The positives - staff are pleasant & helpful whilst room was clean & tidy.

No air conditioning though listed under available amenities. The photo of the swimming pool is misleading, it is abandoned.

Property was in a good location and it was quiet. We booked because it had a pool, but the pool was 'temporarily closed' and quite green, so that was very disappointing.

Paper thin walls, dripping taps, old, gardener mowing at 9am. Mostly it looked old and on last legs. TV was comical- come on they cost nothing these days

Surprised and confirmed by the staff that there is no aircon in the standard queen room at all, and obviously, I was misled by some false information provided on the Hotels.com website. Imagine during a summer holiday without aircon, it wouldn't be a happy experience.

A nice little motel within the city Basic accommodation

It was in a good location and it was nice clean and quiet and at a reasonable price.

Good budget accommodation

We got put in the derelict area as told my reception. It stunk, the single bed was for a child not adult. My feet were hanging off the end of the bed. Very very aged. Room had a tv but no remote. Very old towels. Just too old and place needs a huge injection of money to renovate.

Convenient to everything! Slept well!

Room was good for a budget room. A little dated but the owner made up for any faults by being super friendly and helpful.
