St.Regis never fails to meet expectations of a 5 star hotel. If you’re looking for a comfortable/luxurious stay - look no further.
The St.Regis Bangkok is connected directly with the MRT skytrain and is only one stop away from Siam Paragon, making it super convenient to get to all the shopping spots.
Staff is super friendly and gave a warm welcome upon arrival. Would definitely book this spot again in the future.

Great central location near all the major malls and direct access to the monorail tram system of Bangkok (from inside the hotel).

The St Regis Bangkok was good but not great which was a bit of a surprise. The staff and butler service were fantastic, as always, in a St Regis hotel. That being said the facilities felt old such as worn silk and heavily scuffed railings in the guest elevators. Minor things to most hotels, but this is a St Regis property. My bathroom had a slow leak from the room above with a brown stain on the ceiling above which made me think that the source was sewage. I departed the hotel at 11.30am and wanted to grab a quick lunch before I left for the airport, however I was informed that other than the cakes and pastries at the 1st floor lounge, nothing was open for lunch. I could place an order and they could deliver it to my room though I’d already checked out, or have it in a to go box which I thought was odd for a St Regis property.

From the moment we stepped on the property, we were transported into exquisiteness! Everybody was accommodating, the room was stunning, the food was great! We will come back!

I have stayed at this hotel many times. This time one could see the hotel coming to an age - wear and tear here and there. The new year festivities suspended/closed all too many of the normal services.
The deposit practice is from the Soviet era. They asked for more on the second day. If one can afford and pay in advance a room of 550-600 eur per night that person is most likely able to manage with a lunch bill. It was humiliating.
The staff is very friendly as always.

Absolutely wonderful! People, service, luxury, sheets amazing views, gorgeous very spacious room. All amenities and a butler. The concierge was spectacular at helping us get around the city and directing us to a great restaurant and shopping.

whole hotel cable station not working, no programs and apparently, happened quite often and they said is due to outside construction on going. Not sure about other guest, but to me cable programs need to be working well for 5 stars hotel.

St Regis has been a fantastic stay for us! Not explicitly telling them of my birthday, the staff went on to decorate my room with flowers and petals with a cake! Very very touched by their proactiveness and staff friendliness from the doorman to room service! Well done, St Regis!

Also worth paying for is the airport pick up and drop off, the St. Regis rep met us and helped us with the check in, making sure all was OK.
The room was spacious and luxurious. True 5 star hotel in a very busy city.

Both my Mum and I enjoyed our stay at the St Regis Bangkok. We are very pleased with the upgrade of our junior suite to a full suite. What a nice surprise and gesture! This made our stay at the St Regis, Bangkok a real pleasure. We wish to complement the front desk especially Tina for her excellent service. I must comment that the service at St Regis Bangkok is friendlier compared to the St Regis in Kuala Lumpur.

Good hotel especially the location and the view.
The property started to show signs of "aging" and the housekeeping service made "several minor mistakes" that are unforgivable for a property bearing the St. Regis name.
Incredible butler service: Atiphol really goes above and beyond to make your stay super special! Thank you very much Atiphol! You are simply the best!
