Juan Cruz on reception was so helpful, gave us a map to the city and pointed out where to go/what to do as it was our first time in the city. Brilliant facilities, breakfast and food honestly excellent, room was large with a kitchen and clean, two terraces on the rooftops for catching sun and two jacuzzis. Would definitely return and recommend to anyone

The hotel was nice and modern. It had everything we needed and we received excellent service throughout our stay, including advice on travel, restaurants and even calling a doctor. I would definitely recommend the hotel to others.

The beds and pillows were really comfortable and made for a great nights sleep. The shower could do with a refurbishment like the rest of the bathroom.

The rooms were not clean. Smelled musty had to buy air freshener. No hand towels provided, had to ask for them two days in row. Maid failed to put toilet paper in the room on one occasion, had to ask. Wait staff was not very friendly, and the food was not good. Exception, Front desk service was very good. we had three trips by air from BA to Bariloche, JuJuy and Igasu Falls using the Lennox as a base because of the BA transport hub. The Lennox was a pleasure to return to,whatever the time, the frontdesk staff were professional, very helpful and above all friendly. The rooms were cleaned everyday, hot water and towels were in abundance, The usual continental breakfast can be boring, but you only had to ask for eggs. We were only 2 Minutes away from the tube station and were surrounded by some reasonably priced very good restaraunts..The Lennox is Clean, Friendly, Central and extremely good value.

What was great about this hotel is that we were allowed to check in early in the morning even official checking time was 3pm. Also the breakfast was pretty good and the location is good as well. Unfortunately in the evening the hotel room is pretty dark because of the lack of the light fixtures in the room. According to Expedia, the property provides an airport shuttle, so we scheduled it, requesting to pay the surcharge by credit card. As it appeared the hotel called the regular cab company and we were told that the driver accept only cash. At first we were told that it will cost us $25 US then $30 US. Since we had only twenty dollar bills we were told that the driver will give us $10 back but in pesos which according to the hotel manager will be 350 pesos. We got back only 300. The point is if you want to pay for something in US$ you better have exact change.

Great place! The neighborhood is not great, but the closeness to many amenities is excellent.

Good Hotel and service. Helped us with breakfast on the room, when we had to early. Not so Nice neighburhood but just 15 min walk to the town center.

Awful overall service, poor communition with a few people. Room condition got worse than my last stay there. I'll never return here on my next trip.

Big disappointment!! Actual hotel does not match with the photos here. Failed on basic needs; cleaning, internet, hot water, courtesy. TV was not working properly and internet is not connected more than 2-4 minutes. For A/C; good luck with power cable. You need to plug in by yourself. Only good thing about this hotel is the location. Walking distance to so many things. Noisy even after midnight, crowded, rude staff. There is no way we could back to this hotel.

This place does not deserves to be a VIP on Expedia, this is not a 4 star hotel. Looks like a dirty motel. The shower was broken, there were fongus on the walls, the lamps were completely dirty broken and full of mosquitoes. The door didn't close properly. The staff not helpful at all, I asked for the sauna and they never turn it on and when I complained because of the room they just said sorry. It seems it is not the first time. I attach pictures of the room and I will complain directly to Expedia

We were there only for an overnight. Security was good. Comfort and cleanliness were great. Staff were helpful.

Early Check in for free. We arrive at 6 AM and they gave us a room without problems.

Centered hotel in very busy street, hotel staff not as nice as supposed and rooms smaller than other hotels for the same pricr.

This is a great place. The hotel is only one year old. The location is somewhat problematical, especially in the late evenings. I don't think it is unsafe, at least not relative to the rest of Buenos Aires. One needs to be very careful in Buenos Aires.
