Great hotel with great staff. If you are looking for a comfortable hotel in a quiet part of krakow this is your hotel.

I liked location and the fact you have a pool and spa right downstairs and near a mall I very much enjoyed my stay . Only thing is better communication other than that everything was great will stay again :)

It was very good to walk to the city ( about 30 minutes) and to have a pool to swim after the day

Excellent hotel

Lovely place and great facilities. We had so much fun in the pool and the saunas.

We were in the business suite (or one bedroom apartment - description varies by site) and it was superb, with a lovely river view. Clean, spacious, robes and slippers, full range of toiletries, value-for-money minibar, and excellent (if small) pool/sauna, etc. We didn't try the restaurant or spa facilites, but the breakfast buffet was very good and the bar was very reasonably priced. The old town was a 20 minute walk away (if happy to walk through back streets) or 40 minutes if walking along the Vistula - there's a tram stop nearby though. All-in-all, excellent value for money - I'd definitely stay here again.

The clesnliness of the hotel and swimming pool could not be faulted. Staff were helpful.

Enjoyed our stay at Galaxy Hotel, Krakow. The rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast each morning had lots of choice. Would return ourselves and recommend to friends and family.

Loved the hotel and facilities available very spacious and clean the only thing that wasn’t very nice was the breakfast fish, meats, salad etc at breakfast but apart from this it was perfect!

Very good location, close to the market where you can eat, go to the cinema or do some shopping, literally 3 minutes on foot.. It's about 25 minutes on foot to the center and the market square, but you can see a lot along the way.. It's good that it's not in the center. because it's quiet and people don't move around

Helt ok

Nice and clean. Close (15min walk) to the Jewish area (very nice restaurants and bars) but a bit far from the city center. A mall is very close (3 min walk). However, the staff could use a smile and be a bit more polite. But this seems to be a cultural thing since not many Polish people smile and do small talk with tourist. The reception should still think about this as taking on many international tourists. The Pool & SPA is OK. But the lady in the reception of the spa was very rude, did not even give us towels, so had to go back and ask for it. She also asked us to pay to buy spa slippers and was overall anything but concerned about the guest comfortability and happiness.

The staff was very rude and uncouth at the reception desk. Especially the female staff. I tried to leave a list of sites for Schindlers list and the night staff wanted it and the next morning the woman at the front desk gave me soo much lip about it I could not believe it! First she said I may need it and I'm like, duhh I created it for you, then she says they didnt tell her about it and I'm like oh my god woman just give to to the people that are there at night so you all can explain to tourist where certain interesting Schindler's list sites are. The customer service in Poland is the worse! I could not believe how rude the females were at the front desk. All they wanted to do was say "no" or we "we don't know" or "we don't have". This hotel needs to seriously train the staff on how to communicate properly and provide customer service at the highest level!

The staff where very helpful and kind.

The hotel was just off of the central historic area, on the river, and on the corner of the Jewish Quarter - full of great restaurants. The location was good with plenty of sites to visit around it. The hotel was clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and the stay was enjoyable. The spa was relaxing and the breakfast was un-hurried with plenty of choice.

Lovely staff, clean, uncrowded, tasty food. Everything about our stay was very pleasant. I would certainly recommend and would be happy to stay again if ever in Krakow in the future.

This hotelbwas world class. The reception staff were incredibly helpful and everything about the hotel was perfect. The bar area, swimming pool, breakfast area were so nice. The room was great with an excellent comfortable bed. Looking forward to returning.

Kilka lat temu miałem wrażenie, że hotel jest świetny; aktualnie już nie jest, check-in /check-out w recepcji to droga przez mękę i strata 30 minut, miła obsługa jest marnym pocieszeniem. Nieczynne jaccuzi odgrodzone taśmą, wygląda jak na budowie, zero estetyki.

Nice location by the river and next to shopping center. No traffic noise. Ok breakfast. However, the room was next to elevator that made a lot of noise, not recommend to accept a room here ! Bed was worn and I could feel the springs through the madress....

Hotel beautiful, staff spoke good English and very helpful. You need to download Uber to get around. Spa suite awesome shame jacuzzi broken. Restaurant has limited choice for allergies which is awfully disappointing.

I enjoyed the gluten free options on the menu the wheel chair access for my father. It was very disappointing that only 1 channel on the tv (CNN) was in English; then thevlast 4 days of my visit, CNN was no longer available. There was no option for netflix, amazon prime etc.. I spoke to the ladies at the front desk about this, and they said that there isn't anyhing that they can do about it.

Great hotel

This was a family trip with my 6 year old son and elderly mother. The staff were ok at check in however later on our arrival day the staff were absolutely unprofessional, treated us like they didn’t think we should have been guests. I had asked for some milk for my son (a cup/glass) and was given various responses and finally that it was not included in the amenities. However, if that was the case, why would they put coffee/tea in the room with a kettle? On day 2, we left for our tour early morning and on return after a long day, the room was attended by housekeeping as they changed the floor towel in bathroom however did not tidy up the room or provided some new towels. I took a picture and showed to the receptionist staff and they had to get someone to go and tidy up the room. Generally, it’s not a place I’d recommend to anyone! The staff were rude and discriminated against me and my family. They should put on their website “white European/white Other” only! Absolutely horrible accommodation and I was truly disappointed!

Stayed in one of the Suites which was extremely well laid out and had everything we could want - with a lovely view of the river. The pool and leisure facilities were great - just right for relaxing before going out for dinner. The hotel has such a wide variety of places to eat within a 30 minute walk, and great transport links nearby. Would highly recommend the Galaxy, and will definitely stay again if in Krakow.
