I always stay here for my flight to Haneda. There's washing machine in my room and I like to do laundry before a long flight.

It is located a convenient location to access Haneda AP and close to Keikyu Kamata station. As there is a small kitchen, it is convenient for a relatively long stay, though the room size is not big.

Hotel was not clean. The bed sheets had stains on all 3 beds. I paid for a 3 bed hotel room and there was no space to lay out luggage or sit down. Staff was very friendly and are able to communicate in English. Not a lot around the hotel. It’s a good area if you need to be close to Haneda airport.

Friendly staff and conveniently located near 2 train stations. Plenty of nearby restaurants and many are open early/late. Room was small but it was expected and we were out sightseeing most of the time so it worked. I stayed in the 3 twin bed room and description was as described.

Clean but for 3 people staying in the room it was a little small. The location was great for doing some shopping in the shopping alleyways and it is close to the kieku-kamata train station (to get to Hanada airport easier) and a short walk to Kamata train station.

Very convenient location, but small rooms. They have an amazing staff and are super helpful. There are a ton of dining areas less than five minutes away from the hotel, and the train station is only 5-8 minutes away.

This hotel surpassed my expectations, the room was clean and had everything we need to make our stay comfortable, the train station was 2 minutes walk and the various restaurants and convenience stores were fantastic. All the people at the reception was super friendly and helpful, even they helped me finding a chiropractor!!! 5 x stars to this hotel and to all the people that works there, they made our stayed a very happy and memorable!!!

Outside and hallway building looks nice however room inside a bit outdated. Near to train station. Overall was ok.

On arrival the staff were very welcoming and friendly, I was informed they clean once a week while there.
I did leave the sign up to have limited cleaning as I had a number of times that need removing from my room, which they did not remove.
The fridge in the room was not keeping items cold.
Overal was worth staying there and was super close to the train station.

The only hotel I found with 3 individual beds yet reasonable price. Fairly clean, quiet, friendly staff. Very convenient as the Keikyu Kamata is about 3 min walk distance. The room is small with 3 beds, very narrow room between the bed and wall. If you have large sized luggage, you will find opening a luggage is quite some tasks. Enjoyed my stay and will recommend it.

The hotel was convenient to the airport, just a few stops away by tram/subway and then a really short walk from the subway. The room was small, but that was to be expected in Tokyo! The room was clean, had a washing machine and a bathtub and hot water kettle. Great deal for the price an
