We stayed for seven nights. I was starting a new job in Bangkok and we were settling in. We had some new clothes and a pair of Bose noise cancelling headphones stolen from our room My four requests to have the matter addressed including the review of CCTV. We were politely ignored on each occasion. We were far from happy. No apology, no concern. We will not stay there again and would not recommend it to anyone.

The metro is 30 seconds walking from the hotel. very good thing due to the traffic in Bangkok.

We had a great couple of days at the Aetas Lumpini the hotel was very clean, rooms were spacious ( deluxe King & deluxe twin rooms ) and very well equipped all the staff were friendly and very helpful would definitely stay again

The core issue was that I believed breakfast was included in my booking.
There were 3 options regard to breakfast:
1. No extra -- $0
2. Breakfast for 2. — $0
3. Breakfast buffet -- $26
I selected the 2nd option "Breakfast for 2. — $0".
Upon check-in, the front desk informed me that breakfast was not included. As a result, I had to purchase breakfast at the hotel for triple the price.

Room is spacious but the daily room cleaning can be improved. One of the lamp above the working desk is out of order. this is a bit disappointed for a 5-star hotel.
Service of concierge is wonderful. Love them very much.
The sauna and the swimming pool are wonderful but the bathing facilities in the changing room is out of order.

Nice hotel but would not recommend the restaurants/lounge at the hotel ( they close at 10pm and the service was very bad in the evening. They hardly speak any english. The meat was not cooked and my friend had food poisoning that same night. Rooms are very spacious and nice . The beds are very big and the bathrooms are very nice. The swimming pool was nice.

I was hoping it was closer to Lumpini Park and was disappointed it wasn’t (no fault of the hotel). However the hotel itself was great. Didn’t have time to explore all the amenities but overall a nice stay.

The room is spacious and comfortable. Front desk and concierge staff were very helpful. The location is very convenient and only requires a few minutes walking to MRT. As it's also close the Lumpini Park, I could go there running in the morning, which I enjoyed a lot. Unfortunately, when I stayed there, the fitness center was temporarily moved to another floor which I didn't like too much. Breakfast was also good, as there were quite a no. of options.

Like almost everything the property had to offer. Rooms were nicely arranged and clean. Loved the amenities, maybe except the gym. The restaurants was good as well. Overall enjoyed my stay. Will definitely be back here next time I visit BKK

Beautiful property with first class amenities. Close to Metro subway on major road and Lumpini Park. The local spots like restaurants, shops and bars are around the corner down side streets.

Near to the MRT station.Nowhere to shopping nearby,but it was fine by me.A new building(hotel?) with shopping mall is under construction across the street.
Free water everyday,but no refill of teabags.Bed making and cleaning everday.

Luxury accommodation at bargain prices. The Aetas Lumpini is my favorite Bangkok hotel. Rooms are large, modern, comfortable and clean. Breakfast buffet offers lots of choices. The location is excellent, with the MTR subway just a 2 minute walk.Staff are helpful and friendly.
