They charged me for MiniBar that didn't use.

I like the lobby and furniture of the room, I don’t like room service Response , I called them several times to order breakfast but no answers . For the lobby bar , I like the comfort of the seating area but I don’t like the coffee blend, 5 stars hotel like this should use a high quality coffee like ( illy or Lavazza).

Living in Ankara, this was a lovely little extended break for my girlfriend and I for victory day weekend. We stayed from 29th-31st (two separate bookings) and overall it was great. The facilities on offer, the room (Junior Suite) and overall the hotel - were first class. However, the steak restaurant was underwhelming and would definitely deter me from staying again. My steak was both undercooked (rare instead of medium rare) and having ordered a 14oz Rib eye, expected a premium steak. However, the steak was full of fat throughout and the overall quality - was very poor. I raised my concern with the waiter, who took it away to be replaced. However, what came back, was a completely different (and much cheaper, lower quality steak) that was round and had a hole in it. Visibly different, I realised the difference immediately. However, I didn't want to cause a fuss, I just wanted to enjoy a meal with my girlfriend. I expected perhaps a deduction or to be charged for the second (different) steak. However, I was fully charged for 2 Rib eyes. Again, I wasn't going to argue, but the first steak was low quality and fatty, and the second was more like a burger than a 14oz rib eye - so overall, being charged full price for both, I thought it was ridiculous. No apologies from the chef or waiting staff compiled the underwhelming experience. Hotel and Staff in general, were excellent. But definitely let down by the experience in the steak house.

they do thing thin thay say it not free of charge every time i give my car to the valet and no one told me it for charge till i make my checkout and for swimming pool thay told me u have to bay a hear cap or u cant use the swimming pools

The staff was helpful and kind. They heard my requests and attended nicely. The room was new and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The shaving foam was ready in the bathroom and I appreciated that.

This is a great 5 star hotel in Ankara. Location is very good close to shopping and restaurants and only few minutes drive from the city center. The rooms are very clean with good quality bedding and modern bathroom and they are sufficiently big. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The biggest problem for me was actually finding the entrance of the hotel. There is construction around the hotel and the entrance is lost. There were no street signs showing the entrance either. I had to circle around a couple times before finding the entrance.. The other problem for me is they charge for wifi. I think wifi is as essential as having pillows in the room so I don't like when hotels charge for it as a means of "nickle and dime" the customers.

Very comfortable, nice service! Food is also excellent! I loved it! I stayed there 2 times on my trips to Ankara.

The hotel staff charged my credit card without telling me. They told me something when I was there but the next week that I saw my credit card statement they had overcharged me.

They are not allowing kids to all spa section; swimmimg pool was cool and my kids got bored. One of pool workers asked my kids if swimming pool was a game center. I found this question was very rude.

Even though the national football team were staying the same night, the hotel manage to cope with accommodation there normal guest with great style. Steak house is one of the best, but what made the trip was listening to Gabrielle Jeanselme singing and playing the piano at the Sky Vue Bar.

Just a nice hotel. Ankara is not the cleanest of cities but this place is amazing. The breakfast is worth the 51TL everyday.

Great business hotel. Stayed in the executive suite with access to the lounge. Convenient to have access to business center and snacks/beverages all day such as fruits, cookies, yogurts, bread, as well as water, juices, soft drinks and tea/coffee. Suite is very sleek and modern and a nice size room. Very friendly staff, speaks fluent English, very accomodating. The hotel is open and airy and quiet enough to carry on business discussion in the lobby over tea or coffee. Good meeting place.

The executive upgrade was worth the extra money, with access to the executive suite on the 22nd floor which included good breakfasts and "free" drinks and snacks. It also included unlimited wifi access. Most of Ankara, including the area around the hotel, is a huge building site. I am sure that the city will be very nice when it is finished! The architects of the hotel made a huge blunder: the swimming pool is on the north side of the hotel. This means that it is in shadow until at least 1:30 pm every day. The gym is fantastic.

We had a great trip to the Marriott Ankara and were very pleased with our choice. Initially we had chosen it for the outdoor pool. We were very lucky with weather having blue skies and hot weather all week which made the pool the hub for our group during free time. The rooms were very spacious including a very comfortable large bed, large TV and desk for those of us who had to do some work while there. The bathrooms were also large and luxurious. The breakfast buffet was extensive and the open kitchen looked immaculate. We chose to eat at the hotel in the evenings also due to the cleanliness. (Some others from our group stayed at other hotels and ate out. Some of them were very sick from something hence we stuck to the Marriott catering and we were fine!) They had comforting levels of security as well with vehicle checks and an airport type scanner at the entrance for bags. The taxi base was really close so taxis could be summoned by the door staff very quickly. There is a modern extensive shopping centre a few minutes walk away for the shoppers. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

This hotel has the wow factor. Never stayed in a JW Marriott before but based on this would do so again. The rooms are huge and comfortable and the shower and bathroom facilities excellent. Outdoor pool in a city location is a massive bonus and there is a large indoor pool as well. The gym is the best hotel gym I've ever used. Staff very friendly and attentive but without hovering. Service in the restaurant was not so good, despite there being lots of staff we waited quite a long time. The food was also a little disappointing in the main restaurant, average at best, although the steak restaurant was good. Currently the hotel is in the middle of a building site so quite noisy especially round the outdoor pool and not the best surroundings. It looks as though it will be sometime before this is complete.
