After a 2 week vacation, this was a last-minute choice. We had originally planned to be home on this night, but the drive was long and we were already tired, so we decided to reserve this room for one additional last night out on the road. And it ended up being the absolute best stay and room of the entire trip! All of our rooms during our trip were great and we had no complaints, but this one stood above them all. Since childhood, Holiday Inn has ALWAYS been my absolute favorite hotel to stay at, all the way back in the days of the old Holidromes (sp?). This stay was no exception. Amazing property, the best service ever, a breakfast that stood above any other hotel, beautiful and amazing location. Super quiet. Honestly, I don't have enough space here to say all that I want to say. And since we don't live too far away, we will definitely be making regular trips to Amarillo and we will always be staying here! You made this last leg of our trip incredibly meaningful and memorable, and I will always remember that. Thank you so very much!

Really nice room. Well kept facility. Very clean and loved the functionality of the room. Minimal complaint with low beds. For some reason we were given a handicap accessible room so the beds were very low. The bed was ok but not the highest quality. The pillows were lacking a firm pillow. Breakfast was fantastic. We have family in the area and will definitely stay here again.

This is a nice place to stay. Friendly service, clean room, comfortable bed and breakfast in the morning. The walls are a little thin and the room could use an update, but still an overall good experience.

Newer hotel. I can tell when a hotel is managed well. I'm a stickler for a clean well managed hotel. I usually try to stay at a Holiday Inn Express as most of there locations have either been remolded and many locations have been newly constructed such as this one. On the west side of town, an excellent safe location. Restaurants within a half mile. A very well clean managed hotel. Excellent stay!

Good staff. Great looking room. Very clean. People slammed doors in the Halway most of the night; until about 1:30am. People above were running around. We could hear them turn on light in the bathroom and could also hear the water.

Our stay was great. Kim at the front desk was so spectacular at check-in and check-out and offered so much useful information. Wonderful experience and excellent customer service. Would recommend to anyone staying in Amarillo.

Everything great … other than there wasn’t any coffee cups or extras already in room so had to go down to lobby to find some… and some shady people hanging around the back of hotel (from my window view) lurking around the empty parking lot. (Only reason I was concerned is because my vehicle was only one on that side that afternoon but I wanted it in view of my room).. and ended up moving it bc nervous.

Great stay at the Holiday Inn express. This is a very nice hotel with large rooms and very comfortable beds. My room also had a small couch. The front staff were amazing and very hospitable. Also, the morning breakfast is excellent.
