First visit to Jaipur-made very enjoyable by all the staff at the hotel.

The pre booked rooms were not ready by 4 PM. We have to wait 1 Hr to get the rooms. Not enough towel provided. No shower cap, toothpaste kit provided. All basic need are in poor condition. There was lack of staff in hotel. After all these, the room charges were high. Would you prefer it now? Your choice.

Okay for the price rooms comtable and clean with but alot maintenance work required. Biggest issue is food, awful room service meal consistently advertising food they didn't have and the restaurant not open in evening even though it said till 11

Very poor experience! Room was noisy, dirty and very basic. Breakfast was also very basic. Staff were pleasant but spent more time taking selfies (without asking) with my children as oposed to concentrating on their customer service! Very uncomfortable, disapponting nights stay! Thankfully only 1 night!

Had everything I needed for a short term stay. Service level is average. Good location and close to Jaipur railway station.

Pool is clean. Good Option for One Night. Price ok.

The breakfast buffet at the hotel was not at all planned, fruits were sour, tea was not fresh. room wall paper was coming off, there was seepage in the room.

We booked this hotel because of its high rating on trip advisor (4.5 stars), but we were very disappointed in what we got. The hotel internet description said the hotel provided robes and slippers, offered washers and dryers, and a coffee shop/bakery, however none of these things were actually available. When we inquired about using a washer and dryer, we were laughed at by staff. The room was very dirty. The wallpaper was water damaged and peeling off the wall, the window was loose and looked like it was about to fall out of the casing, and the mattress and pillows had a fetid smell. When we requested new pillows staff were sent to our room with clean pillow cases, but the stained and dirty pillows remained. The concierge was friendly and helpful, but the other desk staff were impolite and rude. The kitchen and wait staff were the best thing about this hotel. They were very friendly and made certain we were happy with our meals. The desk staff could learn from the restaurant. The hotel is located on a busy road with the rail line across the street and the city metro line running above the rail line. With a window that would not latch the noise was very loud. Additionally the AC did not work really well and it spewed a terrible smell.This level of fifth and decay goes beyond housekeeping. These issues are management problems.Overall the rude desk staff was only out done by the filth and terrible smell. I would not recommend this room to others.

Check in was fast and easy, the hotel was walking distance from the train station. We arrived late in the evening and therefore ordered room service. The food was very poor. The rice came 10mins after the rest of the food and arrived cold. The showered flooded and there was evidence of previous water damage. The TV has many channels but unfortunately there were no English language/news channels. The available ones had a code which no one knew.How bedding had stains on them, maybe some ink or dye? (See picture). The bedding had a strong quite unpleasant smell to it but we were only there for a very short time so didnt want to complain to get it changed.

Close to railway line, highway and metro line resulting in noisy rooms.

Worth it ! Nice hotel to visit , with good hospitality services , cooperating staff. Food was too tempting . Specially the breakfast with so much varieties. Visting again is worth it.

the hotel is well located near the metro and train station. if you need to get a taxi do it through the hotel otherwise you will pay more than expected

I would definately not call it a hotel. It was worse than a guest house. Dirty rooms, dirty common areas, broken bathroom fittings, noisy corridors, food was very average, empty mini bar, pre locked in room safe, some problem with the tv or set top box (it made a whistling sound), dead furniture, uneasy mattress. I made a review on trip advisor for their property n their hotel staff has been begging n trying to make me feel guilty for putting up that review so that i take it off. The property is surely worth being ignored. After all u dont take a vacation so that these people spoil it n then offer u a free stay the next timeso that u dont review them as a bad place to be. I would rate it in minus. So please book if u love staying in a filthy environment.

Terrible Hotel, lobby looks OK very but rooms are very bad. Bathrooms were dirty and had hair in the shower and water would not drain in the shower. When we complained about the shower, we were shifted to a different room but the shower had the same problem, water would not drain in it too. Beds were very uncomfortable and creaked every time we moved. Very poor maintenance, took multiple phone calls to the front desk to have the luggage delivered to the room.

Did not work for me. I think Hotels.com should remove this hotel if they have received complaints from more customers.

Overall this was a great hotel, close to the railway station which made it really convenient for our short one night stay in Jaipur. Rooms were spacious and clean and I thought excellent value. The staff. especially the manager of the hotel were very helpful and even negotiated on our behalf getting a driver for a few days. The breakfast buffet was more than adequate. I would recommend.
