Another business visit to Amsterdam - usual place was fully booked so I tried the Crowne Plaza - so good that I think it will be my future first choice.

Very friendly staff who couldn’t be more helpful, very large rooms the a lot of comfort. Slightly limited room service menu (no pizzas, very restricted 24/7 menu) but otherwise excellent!

The staff are very friendly and the room we had is very clean.

Great room - close to train station, exceptional customer service. Would not want to stay anywhere else.

Lovely hotel, well located next to the Zuid train station. Rooms were comfortable. Bed was very relaxing. Breakfast was outstanding. Nice bar in lobby.

Everything was great

The convenience of the location is that it’s a short walk to the Amsterdam-Zuid station making it easy to go in to town. The rooms are large & inexpensive compared to hotels in the center of the city. The area is a bustling modern business district w/many young professionals, and places to eat ( a grocery store, too) Also a fast frequent train to the airport. I’d highly recommend and look forward to staying there again.

The outside was dirty with garbage and cigarette butts. We found previous guests glasses and tissues beside our bed in the pocket. The one bed appeared to have been laid in.

I got allergic reactions due to the carpet and used tick repellent. Cleaning was not perfect (several kinds of hairs) in the room. There seemed to be a scan camera in the room ( for security reasons?) The lady at the front desk told me wrong room number when I checked in.

I always come back to this hotel. The staff are great, the hotel is clean, its so well located close to the VU, and Zuid station. Looking forward to the next visit.

Excellent staff and a very accommodating Hotel manager. I made a mistake and reserved a wrong room configuration. The manager was kind enough to let us change the room after we got it and felt that the stay would be difficult. Very good connectivity with public transportation - Metro, Tram, Bus.

The staff were courteous, knowledgeable, and responsive. We especially appreciated Timothy at the front desk. Everyone was very accommodating. Simply excellent service. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Wonderful location as well.

Same as most hotels in Holland One thing for sure at the hotel they should source a different company for the toilet paper :)

It is a very nice and good located Hotel I would book it again. The only thing is they forgot to clean my room, I told them at 8am to please clean my room I will be back in the later afternoon. The room was not cleaned, I think it is an Amsterdam thingi. Happened already twice now even if I asked kindly in advance to do it. I got a late check out and a breakfast, but only after I went all Karen to the Reception that this is not cool. I know it is First World problems but I pay for a service and my new year resolution is, if it is not right I pay less. I have pride in my job too when I do things. The Breakfast was very nice. Like I said I would book it again but it was not cool that I had to tell them that this is not cool and after that discussion they offered me free breakfast. Usually I would not even have to discuss in a 4 Star Hotel about those things.

It allowed us quick access to Central Amsterdam, but in a much quieter neighborhood.
