Terrible room. Hard mattress, tiny bathroom about .5 wide x 1.5 long including shower. Horrible window out to ugly drive. No powerpoints by beds. Also had access to reserved carpark blocked for 30 minutes on arrival by laundry van. No amenities.

I was allocated room 211. When I went into the room it smelt like a sewer. Drains were filthy and looked like they had not been cleaned for some time. My colleagues who were on the same floor also complained about this. I was moved to room 303 upon request which was much better. I won't be staying at the hotel again.

The load noise caused by the restaurant air conditioning unit outside our bedroom window gave us no sleep at all
Also in the morning there was no hot water either from the shower or even the basin
I complained. the staff had no explanation for either the noise or lack of hot water
i said I'm not paying but they just gave me a business card and told me to write in my complaint

Good room rates in the heart of Hamilton. We made use of the Hotel parking which was fine. Lots of food options in the area. We'd stay there again.

Liked the easiness of booking and good rate. Unfortunately the experience was not pleasant. When we arrived at about 7pm, the room was not ready. In fact, when we were given keys to occupy the room, we found the beds unmade, empty takeaway food containers littered the room and generally an untidy state. We were offered another room after an hour's wait and the new room was good. We were also offered a free breakfast, but this offer could not be taken up as we had to leave very early.

Room was not as advertised online, view was if a flat room, pipes and brick wall. Wet patch on carpet with what looks like a blood stain half attempted to be removed, bathroom is old, tired and very cramped, toilet seat hanging off. Basin almost on top of toilet. Not Ramada's usual standard. Location was good but wouldn't stay again, thankfully only here for a night.

overall was just a nice comfortable stay. Other than thought the cabinet in bathroom was just that , until i went to open it and fell off the wall, i fixed it. Toilet rill fell off wasnt so lucky in fixing that one

Very standard but worked for our one night stay visiting Hamilton. Beds were squeaky, thin bedding covers, noisey aircon, paper thin walls, and wall point plugs were located behind the bed.. Bathroom small, step up into bathroom and shower. Not horrible but not great

We stayed for 3 nights. The location was great and convenient to everything. However, the rooms lacked ventilation and everything echoed. Additionally, it was odd that there were hardly any power points in the rooms. Other than that, the room was tidy and the tiled shower was good.

Basics I have come to expect missing - no chair nor microwave in room. On the main shopping street so central. Parking $20 if you want to use hotel parking - you are informed of this when booking. Staff friendly.

The bed was the most uncomfortable sleep I've ever had (think your great grandparents spare room pillows(a little bit of fluff goes a long way))

Staff were unhelpful at check-in was also told nothing if there was WiFi or anything about there being a discount at sisterfields

The shower design in my room was such that a lot of water escaped into the bathroom even with a bathmat. There were no directions to limit the angle of the shower head to prevent that - I had to adjust it for my average male height (5’10”). Everything else was perfectly good and the staff is great.

Clean spacious unit for our 2 night stay. Was expensive, but I was able to request 1 double and 2 king single beds. The unit contained 2 doubles! Not what was requested. I was advised we could transfer for 2nd night to the 3 bed unit, but not our error. No refund has yet been received to recompense for their error!

Nowhere to park when checking in. Booked two rooms the same, one was considerably larger than the other with a kitchenette, the other room had no kitchenette???? and the the slammed into the bedside table when opening the door!

We drove in for the LAB, Stan Walker, Corella concert. Was able to leave our bags at reception while we went to eat before checking in. Staff was really friendly and helpful.

Invoice was too high and showed “hotels.com credit card” which caused confusion. Hotel is a historic building which would be fine if not for the ripped worn carpets and cheap decor.

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment. The apartment was very spacious, clean and tidy. My only dislikes was that in one of the rooms there was a constant fan sound from outside the window that was mildly irritating and you could hear when people walked down the ramp on the otherside of the wall. Other than that, our stay was lovely. Ramada is conveniently placed and well priced.

Terrible customer service. No-one at desk when we went to check in, rang bell, waited over 15 mins had to go to the bar area to get them to find someone to check us in. No apology offered just rude service once he finally arrived. Car park tight and hallway to room is like a rabbit warren. Funny smell through out. Rooms are very small. One step through the door and you hit the bed. I would not recommend.
