In the morning is the breakfast person was very rude and hateful to my kids and the front desk morning person said she is doing her job her job is not to be rude also they also charged extra charges to check in to give the money back but they are not tell you that have fun I will not recommend this hotel

very loud throughout the night could hear the people in room beside us and someone up above us that ran around all night. The facility could be spruced up. Breakfast was okay. the morning desk help was good the one who checked us in was okay. Hot tub could be hotter.

The hotel is dated. We were staying 2 nights. On first night, got locked out of room. Had to reissue the key. Water pressure in shower was low. A/C worked great!

Not nearly as nice of an experience as the Durango, Colorado Sleep Inn. I was made to check in through a phone even though there was a terminal in front of me on the counter. Paint worn on the edges of the furniture. Killed a roach in the bathroom. Front desk clerk wouldn’t print a receipt at check out. Told me it would be emailed. I’m still waiting.

This is my first hotel stay in which I was prompted to produce my drivers license and my credit card as well as scan a QR code and take pics of my DL and credit card for what reason I am still unclear. I also had to fill out a lot of info in a questionnaire just to stay in a hotel, it was quite a bunch of hoops to jump through. This was on top of arriving at 9pm and driving for 5 hours after a long day already. It just seemed to be a lot of bother for the guest.

I booked 2 rooms 2 nights because I wasnt sure of the time of our event. When the time was determined I tried to cancel with Hotels.com and was told I had to do that at the front desk. At the front desk they told me no you have to do that with hotels.com

REFUSED TO LET ME TALK WITH MANAGENT! THEY SUCK A BIG ONE DOING THAT TO US. FOREIGNOR NEEDS TO GO BACK TO HER OWN COUNTRY...HAS NO BUSINESS HERE...TREATING CUSTOMERS IN THAT MANNER!!!! I WILL NEVER STAY AT THAT UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE EVER AGAIN!!!!

Poorly maintained property. Should not be a part of choice hotels. The only positive is the beds are comfortable. Tubs and sinks don’t drain. Toilet was broken, refrigerator was not working, light bulbs burned out. Blow dryer didn’t work. Pool and hot tub were very dirty. We reported all but nothing ever repaired. At front desk everyone waiting had complaints. No manager on duty to address any problems. We were told nothing could be done until Monday.

So we just started bad i was 30 min early from regular check in the refused to waive the early check in fee only to put me in a dirty room so i had to get switched then the room the changed me to had the ac go out in the middle of the night the weight rooms ac didn’t work the pool was gross and no towels

Light in bathroom too dark and vent didn’t work, microwave and fridge didn’t work, stains on floor and walls, when took covers off to go to sleep dead bugs, roaches outside in the hallway. Breakfast the waffle machine broken the whole time

We chose this hotel due to the rating on this website and were we disappointed. It’s in no way even close to 8, more like a 4. Trying to check in and NO one is at the desk during check in hours, had to wait 15 min for someone, and she was not welcoming at all. The hotel interior is old and outdated, ripped carpeting throughout, walls had missing Sheetrock, hallways HOT. Breakfast was a joke, nothing refilled and this was at 730am, breakfast had just started. Waffle mix was so watered down you could not make waffles.
No water pressure in showers and towels paper thin. Do better Choice Hotels and buy new towels when they wear out! This used to be a nice hotel but hasn’t been kept up.
