Nice hotel, very close to nice restaurants and bars. We felt very safe there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was large with a bathtub and separate shower and was also very clean. Quiet place as well which was nice for me as I am a light sleeper.

We had a nice stay, my mom wa very happy with our room and we had a comfortable sleep, the only concern we had is that the carpet smells and it may need to be washed

It was dated pool was terrible the gym is a joke the breakfast was terrible it was just a horrible experience

Electric kettle is rusty and filthy. Should not drink the boiling water. I was not allow to leave luggage for two nights even though I return to stay another night. Lousy policy!

Nice place. Hot water was unreliable. And there was ants. If I had hot water when I wanted and if there was no ants I would give 4 stars The staff was great and the room was clean. Maybe a little more Maintainence. Because of the hot water issue and the ants I would give an over all 2 1/2 stars.

Pros rooms are comfortable, spacious and cleaned, sushi restaurant just next door (good quality/price), spa and massage just on other side of the road with massage service available in the room ( had a mix stretching-Swedish-shiatsu massage + foot massage, 1 and half hour, absolutely recommend) , smoking area with comfort seats just outside the building. Cons swimming pool very small at 5th floor, rooms look a bit too old fashion..

Rooms OK. Breakfast poor! Hot water not working well. Had to wait 15 minutes for hot water two consecutive days!

Just the air condition too old not balance the coldness.

Great value hotel

The stay was pleasant. The staff is very professional and always greet you and smile. The only complaint is the bath faucet was not installed correctly. The staff is wondeful.

Sarrosa is a great place with affordable price accomodating to a group size, I have stayed there for 2 days and overall it I feel that their customer service is top notch and I wouldn't mind coming back here to stay again.

I mistakenly, booked a longer stay online and when I asked for a refund of the time I would not be there, the front desk staff said Expedia had a nonrefundable policy and I had to call Expedia for any refund. When I called Expedia, they put me on hold while they called the hotel. Expedia told me that the Hotel Sarrosa in fact had refused to refund my money and that I had to work this out with the hotel. I went back to the front desk and was told, the person who handles that was not there. When I finally reached them, my refund was refused because of the HOTEL'S nonrefundable policy. I was lied to and felt it could have been resolved by just refunding my money for the unused days. I am used to hotel's making the customer feel welcomed. I did not feel welcomed at the Hotel Sarrosa. I am just now, Dec. 8, 2017 trying to resolve this issue through my bank. I would never stay at the Sarrosa Hotel. Also, the food was sub par, the hot food was cold in the cafeteria and it was overpriced. I had a really bad and stressful experience there.

Pros- close to a rain forest where you can get close to peacocks deer and hold parrots. Rain forest you can also do activities like a mini zip line and bridge walks. Walking distance to Rico's which is one of the 2 most famous Lechon restaurants in Cebu (go early they run out of Lechon by 2:30pm) Cheap cab to Ayala mall. Indoor pool and gym facility Many ball rooms to host events It looks really nice when you walk in and see a waterfall inside and chandlers hang high above you The the standard room is equipped with all the bathroom accessories clean towels, extra toilet paper, shampoo, soap, tooth paste The bathroom is nice with a hot tub and a glass shower stall next to it so 2 people can enjoy hot water at 1 time. The bed is comfy with clean sheets There is room service, but if anything just order the drinks, there are a lot of nice restaurants less than a 10 minute walk away. Cons: room service food is bland and sometimes felt uncooked. The front of the hotel is inconvenient to walk around and difficult to hail a taxi

We tried to mininize room cleanup. Poor bathroom cleanup; has a terrible smell in room. Another guest also complained of smell.

Booked one night stay Arrived late, check in quick had to find my way to room. Room clean and reasonably spacious. Breakfast good selection considering I only paid £38 for Deluxe room. Check out reasonably quick and porter flagged taxi for journey to bus terminal

I love the room, the bathroom and the staff is so nice. I also like its proximity to some great dining places and the malls. would definitely stay here again. My only problem is the buffet breakfast menu which is so limited. Other than that, great experience.
