One of the night security he was very rude, he refuse entry to my guest while I show him I have booked for two people.
He was very rude doesn't know how to nicely zero customer service.

The place has unnecessary restrictions around guests and alcohol that are not advertised during booking stage.

Only stayed one night. No restaurant at the hotel- however there were plenty of local places close by. Clean and tidy, fine for a stop over.

Spacious rooms...clean bathrooms no odors , workinf toilets, wonderful location. Wosh bfast was included though.

some of which were apartment rentals with tenants.

Dont have breakfast, lunch or dinner. Have a microvawe and some plates to make some food yourself.
Dont have a good plan laundery for customers. Cloth beeing washed outside hotel, and there are no specific time for deliverling clothes, can take one day to recive them.

The hotel staff are excellent and their cleaning service is very good. The fixtures
In the room eg: AC unit, shower heads/ handheld shower are broken and need fixing. The light in the bathroom was very poor. - If the rooms are well maintained
This hotel would be my choice of stay. The rooms definitely need a lot of TLC.

The staff was very helpful for any kind of question and need, dont call it a hotel but a family for famille people.you know in all human small mistakes doesn't comeby but it is very secure place.

The staff and location of the property were great! It is located right in the heart of the city with plenty of restaurants, shops, malls and the ferry nearby. I will also add that they had good cable with good mixture of stations and options for viewing.
The hotel was a bit dated, and it could have been cleaned much better, there were things that I noticed that were overlooked by the cleaning staff. Also, one huge disappointment is they do not have a restaurant on sight, you are provided with takeout menus from nearby restaurants for delivery, a huge inconvenience.

The Hotel was in a great location, close to the ferry and not far from the airport. The staff were helpful and friendly.

I really appreciated that the staff packed my family a breakfast to go when we had an early flight and wouldn’t be able to have breakfast before leaving.

Clean hotel with good breakfast. Room was large and clean, if lacking in character. Neighborhood is quieter than other parts of central Dar, and pleasant to walk around in.

The location was very central and one could walk around to lots of restaurants.The staff was very helpful and courteous. The selection and service at the restaurant was excellent.I would highly recommend the property.

We stayed for one night en-route to Zanzibar, the port was $5 taxi ride away. The hotel was excellent value for money. It was so clean and the staff couldn’t be more helpful.
