Loved the access to restaurants and multiple pools!

Great property. We stayed at the Garden Villa side which was really nice. Visited the resort side and it was also very nice. Resort side has a great yakiniku restaurant. Villa side has an amazing buffet. Pool was great. Villa side was quieter and fewer kids. Staff was very very friendly at both locations. Area is quiet and safe, right on the ocean. Great restaurants in the area from grilled shrimp and ice cream to traditional Japanese food.

This is a good self contained resort which is family friendly…you must reserve a shuttle if you have no car because it is a 30-40 minute drive The only thing that we did not like is that there is no place to go for a drink or cocktail between 4pm and 6pm … so we had to walk to a nearby place

Wonderful hotel

Can't swim on beach but can see the sunset. No tattoos on pool or drinks.

It has a wonderful location, stunning views, and beautiful grounds. The staff were all wonderfully friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also one of the best with the most food variety I've ever had.The only things I did not like were the beds and pillows. Much too hard. In fact, the pillow felt like a bag of flower or something similar.

Very nice and attentive staffs. They prepared the room as requested and made the stay very pleasant. Also, the facility is pretty and very family-friendly. We enjoyed using the pool with our 2 yo daughter and wish we had more time to explore other parts of the facility such as the pool table.

It is difficult to communicate with the hotel staff. We dont know Japanese and speak English. We have to use much efforts to make reservation of the restaurant and book the local tours.

Good location, excellent sea view, lots of parking slots. Swimming pool is far too small, and it would be nice to have a gym.

Close to the beach and water activities. Overall a nice family resort.

Ocean view is eye catching. Shuttle bus service to airport is great since the hotel's location is a bit remote.

If I go again, I will choose this hotel again and will spend more time and use the hotel facilities. On the other hand, the night performance provide by the hotel is excellent that made me know more about the culture of the place.

Nice hotel! Great facilities! Many recreational facilities inside the hotel. The heart-shaped beach is nice and romantic. Perfect view to watch sunset along the coast.

Comfortable, peaceful and far away to the city Kids friendly I visit with 2 kids and my wife for 3 nights and drive to hotel myself. Go to the city just for a few mins by driving.

It is really a wonderful experience. We arrived the hotel a little earlier, but our room was ready to check it. We jumped into the pool every days during the stay. Beautiful sea view with a bacony that you can step outside and stretch your body with the warm breeze. There are great variety of water sports, we joint the snorkelling in 小濱island , it is just like a paradise. Cool

No comment, far away fr city, only only two cafe, limited choice, beach is for view only , not swimmming, pool swimming pool and no service provided, room.for improvement, quite dis appointed at all.

Was hoping there was beach access directly from the hotel however it was not possible and needed to drive about five minutes away to access the beach. Other than that the hotel service was very good and would recommend to return to the hotel for another stay.

Rooms are tidy, comfortable and have sea view. Staff are very polite and helpful. The breakfast has variety choices and delicious. The resort near the town, just 15-20 mins for taking bus from resort to town of Ishigaki.

Great resort, hands down. We stayed at two resorts during out trip to Ishgaki and this was by far the best at the best price We also stayed at a more expensive resort that did not even compare to the Grandvrio Resort in terms of price, entertainment and just the warm at home feeling you get while you are there. Great entertainment everyday on the hotel grounds, great staff. We had a superb check-in. I will add that the beds were a little hard but some people have different comfort levels when it comes to that stuff. Overall great hotel with a bunch of fun stuff to do. I recommend Karaoke, and the ishigaki beef burger at their cafe. (I honestly forgot the name of that burger) BUT IT WAS GOOD! My family had a great time!

vERY poor service, especially the Taiwanese staffs, they are very rude to the chinese and also the Reception at Buffet breakfast, the caption in charge are very rude to the chinese and only kind to the japanses. Very RUDE ANJD POOR POOR POOR POOR

Hotel not very close to the beach, the nearly one need to take 5 minutes drive to reach
