Decent hotel as there are not too many options nearby

The hotel staff accommodated me arriving very late and where very helpful

酒店一般 房间较小，床垫不是很舒服，房间设施较旧，还算干净，早餐不错，前台服务员态度很好 ，周围餐厅不多，还好酒店后面有间烧肉店很棒。下次有另的选择不再入住。

Total 3 people stayed for 2 nights, booked 2 bed rooms. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the Toyota station. The hotel provide free shuttle between hotel and station (every 30 min til 10 pm, please check schedule on the website). The hotel provided welcome bottle drink (soda/red bull/tea/water) and there is a coffee machine at the lobby, guest can have free coffee. cozy lobby, we enjoy coffee and chat there. The room sizes are okay, has themostat can adjust room temperature on our own. The room overall is comfortable. With a small wardrobe The package include breakfast, no much food to choose though, still okay. A supermarket across the street which also has a 100 yen store! A Japanese bbq restaurant at the back of the hotel and a ramen place at the street corner. There are parking for hotel guest too. we chose eco service, so they didn't change our bed sheets and make the bed, which we already know at check in. There is spa, quite small, but still good to have a bath there after a long day.

Very nice breakfast, nice large bath and so on. But the bed and pillow are stink. And also there are no after shaving cream.

Couple large shopping Centres closeby the property. Easy to park and Good Breakfast. Just the room is a bit dated

There was some funky smell, i think of a cleaning agent, and after turning on a fan I immediately got running nose( a lil dusty). Shower and sink use the same faucet so when wife is taking shower I couldn't use the sink. Room had wired internet. Breakfast was until 8.30 ( i think) so wake up early

Small room but very clean.Reasonable price.But it's not really walking distance to the closest station, although they have frequent shuttle bus.

Hotel pickup did not appear as what the timetable stated. End up standing in the cold for good 40mins b4 their next pickup comes.

Hotel is near to bus stop going to korankei.

Didn't have a choice but yo book a smoking room because the non-smoking ones were booked. Even so, my room smelled like an ash tray. An occasional window opening or air freshening would be good from time to time. Overall though, the hotel was fantastic, good breakfast spread, clean premises, courteous and helpful staff.

Wish the room was a bit biger

Having used this hotel for the last several years on business, I can say that it consistently delivers a comfortable stay.The staff have always been friendly, responsive and have even been extra supportive one time when I mixed my booking dates.Young male staff member has much to learn about customer service, but I suppose that is why he is there. Pay attention young man. A smile and a friendly voice is part of the job description.

The stay was very comfortable..the rooms were fantastic...good view...the staff was very cooperative and very,very polite....

The hotel was very nice. I was going to Nagoya but there were no hotels. Anyway, staying here was a great choice. Parking was free (a rarity in Japan) the breakfast buffet was very good and it even had an osen in the 10F. I highly recommend this hotel if you are traveling by car since there is nothing around the hotel to do.

It was great and enjoyed my stay, but like most Japanese hotels there are no English channels on the television. Which makes it hard to follow the local language. The staff were very helpful despite their limited knowledge of English language.
