Friendly staff, clean, and price was good. We have been staying here for a lot of years on or Visits to PI, this perticular trip we needed to extend 1 week, when we went online the room we normaly get was unavailable, but all they had was next size smaller, so we booked it, when we checked in we were told that we would get upgraded next day, are regular room would be available then, when next day came we were not upgraded as told, Superviser Buddy laughed and said it was done online and he could not do anything, he was not sympathatic or compassionite about his feelings. he went on about Rack rates and promos, we then went back to our rooms feeling bad, my wife and I have both been in the Hotel business for a number of years, we went back downstairs and asked what the differance in price was and were told 2625 pesos( 50.00 USD) we paid it and were moved to larger room. On many occasions i was not happy with Breakfast , Alot of dirty dishes, No were to sit, out of items i perferred and no one to make eggs to order

My room was not luxurious but it was clean. My disappointment started when I first went to the restroom and tried to wash my hands - there was no bar of soap or hand wash liquid to clean my hands with. It’s a good thing there was a cleaning lady in the hallway who gave me 2 small bars of soap; she also profusely apologized for the unfortunate situation. As I was about to turn the faucet on, I found out there was no handle to guide the water flow. And when I tried to turn the tv on for some news, the remote wasn’t working - I had to run my fingers underneath the screen for the controls. The redeeming factor was the friendly and courteous staff - from the front desk, dining room/restaurant and main entrance. Without them, my review would have been worse.

The location is very convenient. It is right across from SM Southmall. The bathrooms are not designed well. The standard room shower area has no curtains or barrier and the floor gets flooded. The suite room bathrooms tubs are elevated and makes it difficult and unsafe to get in and out. The bathroom tubs also do not drain well and makes it difficult for guests to take showers after another person just finished taking a shower.

My concern is there bed was not comfortable and also the bed sheet and blanket are all old and grayish..

The facility is under construction so theres a lot going on. But ill give 5stars to the staff...everyone is so friendly and nice and great customer service!!!

I booked this for my Dad.He stayed with a friend.They liked the location,close and convenient to SM mall.No hiccup to my knowledge with check in.Free breakfast was ok.Overall,they enjoyed their stay.

Staff were so approachable and friendly. The lounge were always clean and my child loves to stay there. The room were worth the amount that i paid. My son enjoyed his bubble bath. Will definitely will get eurotel my next holiday again

Most staff werefriendly but some spoke loud esp at the hallways. They themselves were noisy while on the job. Some were polite. Room service: comes on time though some who answers calls were not so friendly esp the night staff.

Dirty, bed were small, no bottled water no coffee maker, no microwave, no fridge, ac was noisy, inquire about karaoke downstairs and was quoted different prce to use facility it depends on who's at the front desk, bathroom needs work water is all over the floor when showering. This hotel did meet my expectations

front desk personnel were very helpful, the room attendants don't want to help the guest, the floor was dirty, the shower area is too dark, one of the light bulb when you enter the room is not working, the wall has a nasty looks, smelly drains .

I understand that the ambiance of the hotel room wasnt that good because, the building is old. But atleast provide your costumer complimentary that are new, like for example the slipper your are providing were old and you can really say it was used by many costumer already, which is so unhygienic, gross.

Great location near SM South mall only issue I really had was children begging for $ and the hookers at night.

First room had a broken safe and they did not move met rooms. The shower barely worked. The room was not maintained, no batteries and lightbulbs out. Second room had a broken shower. Overall not clean. The rooms are not similar to the picture and amenities vary room to room.
