After a long flight landed at the late night, I was so lazy and didn’t want to take another hour transport to downtown. This hotel was my choice, prefect location with all amenities you needed.
If the shopping was still in opening hours, you might go through directly from Gimpo airport to hotel.

I requested a complimentary breakfast for my daughter as her flight got delayed for few hours, there were offers popping up on their website for foreigners and I didn't get any discount also while booking. But they refused for add a complimentary breakfast.

Overall, I guess staffs are kind and supportive but some of the staffs are just superficially polite and their correspondence seemed to be cold-response. Of course, it depends on the staff but we, guests always expect uniform services.

Would have gave five stars BUT we arrived at 12am and excited out of the Underground Exit 3. Very poor lighting & poor signage to help us easily find Lotte Hotel. It was a bit scary until we figured it out. Ventured through dark alleys.

Stayed 2 nights prior to traveling to Jeju. Much quieter than expected being that it's next to the airport. Provided direct access to subway, airport and mall. The mall had good dining options (expect higher mall prices) and a great shopping experience. If you like pho (Vietnamese noodle), the one in the mall is pretty good with fair prices. Had a family room (one double and one twin) on 7th floor with view of the airport. Great for plane spotting. Room was spacious and clean. Fyi: there are 2 price options for breakfast. Walk in is 28k won. If you reserve night before, it's 22k won (prices are as of this review date). Enough variety and tasted pretty good. Overall a good experience for price paid. I would stay here again.
