The hotel was lovely, very clean and the staff was fantastic. It was in a great part of town, right next to the beach on one side and within Old Town on the other. They offered late check out and had separate showers and a suitcase room.

Lovely clean air conditioned rooms. Great terrace and friendly staff. Close to postiguet beach as well.

Very close to all amenities. Ideal for stay to be near cruise port.

The only issue is the parking

The hotel is small, which is a plus and not at all in your face. The rooms are nicer than the reception and common areas suggest. Located on the edge of the old town and in a very quiet location. Very little traffic. Some of the rooms overlook Plaza Santa Maria and Basilica de Santa Maria. Again, nice and quiet. Except for the bells toll. But they stop at night. It’s a 5 minute walk into the hustle and bustle of Alicante. And well located if you’re getting the airport bus. There are a couple of small restaurants in the square that open in the evening and a nice little Brazilian tapas bar, Sampa Picnic, on the steps which is open all day. Nice guys who worked there and a good place to sit in the shade and grab a beer and some food. The superior double room I had was a decent size and clean and had a small balcony. You could only stand on it. No room to sit. Comfortable bed and clean and bright bathroom. The staff were very welcoming and pleasant. I had an issue with my electricity but they dealt with it swiftly. Would stay again

We booked 2 nights, 1st was a Saturday for a 1 bed apartment (A02) Apartment was below ground floor of reception, was 2 levels, bedroom level/living same level as public flight of stairs and roadway below, kitchen and dining was basement with tiny high windows and closed shutters (no natural light), felt like a cave. Virtually no sleep 1st night, worst hotel stay in decades and I have stayed at over 30 nights past year. Contacted Hotels.com at breakfast, advised them we couldn’t stay a second night with no sleep and to please contact hotel to ask for refund for second night. Within minutes, had this confirmation, so a big thank you to Hotels.com for awesome action. Checked out and booked another hotel closer to next destination. Reception at hotel were very efficient and pleasant to deal with, especially the lady who assisted us on checkin and checkout. However, lady server on rooftop bar/restaurant last Saturday evening, was surly and clearly didn’t like her job, she is not doing the hotel any favours. Also, I believe there are 3 bars at the bottom of the hotel building that serve customers till 1 am. If the hotel controls these spaces, they should reevaluate, as the rest of the hotel rooms are surely impacted by them to the early hours, as confirmed by a staff member to me. I spoke to another guest at breakfast who also complained about the noise.

Amazing small B&B hotel Roof top terrace lovely to sit in Only problem we had was due our late arrival (after 1am) to hotel We found we could not gain entry even though 24hr reception. Advise in future to phone hotel ahead to gain a code for door entry.

Awkward to find first time but once there ok. No telephone in room if you wanted to speak to reception.

Fantastic hotel in a great location in the Old Town. Lovely view from our room of the Basilica de Santa Maria. Highly recommend. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely rooftop bar too with great views of the Castell de Santa Bàrbara.

Great hotel. Great location. A little hard finding the street, Google maps would only put us a lower parallel street, Jorge Juan, had to walk to find how to access the street, not the hotels problem. Good buffet breakfast on the rooftop patio.

Was more than please with our stay at your hotel. Amazing staff, so kind and friendly! Our rooms were cleaned everyday. The hotel has a great location. Will definitely recommend and will visit again.

Bed was very comfortable with extra pillows etc in wardrobe. Room was spotless and apartment had everything necessary for cooking plus washing up liquidand tea towel. Only Spanish channels on tv but comfortable seating area and table for meals. Bathroom spotless and shower excellent. Refilled shampoo, soap etc in bottles on wall and plenty of toilet paper although poor quality. We had no issue with outside noise or bells. Rooftop bar was rally lovely, smoking area very separate and kept clean. Hotel itself ideally placed for all attractions and just a few mins from bus stop for airport. All in all highly recommended and with lovely staff too.

Great location if you want to be in central Alicante, everything is a very short walk. The port, museum, restaurants, bars, transport and especially the tram all less than 8 minutes on foot.

Considering the price of this hotel everything was excellent. Great staff. Very clean, lovely breakfast and great rooftop bar. Would highly recommend.

We both enjoyed the venue location and excellent staff The room apartment with balcony was spotless and spacious The term "balcony" was misleading as the doors opened to a small "ledge" which we were unable to sit outside on There are apartments with "terraces" with space for table and chairs The view of the city was limited to a building and roof tops The roof top bar was stunning including ambiance food and drink Th e staff sorted out an electrical problem in our apartment promptly and gave us a complimentary breakfast and a birthday box of chocs fir the inconvenience

We had a great stay here, breakfast was very good although busy. Room was clean and big enough for a couple. Roof top bar a definite bonus. Would definitely stay again. Also shower room available for check out days which is great

Lovely hotel in a great location - easy to find and many restaurants nearby! The staff were friendly and professional. My single room was quite small but just fine for travelling alone. Breakfast had a good selection of food. Would stay here again.

Great location. Lovely breakfast/bar area. Rooms well equipped. Only niggle was sound proofing between rooms and floors.
