This is a reasonably comfortable hotel remotelt located on the lagoon with very limited facilities in the neighbourhood The proerty benefits from a 100metre swimming pool - reputedly the longest in Sri Lanka; The gymnasium is one of the tiredest I have seen in a long time Really nice Sri Lankan food from the restaurants

Fantastic food, and rooms. A/c getting a bit dated so needed earplugs but otherwise loved this hotel

This is a quarantine hotel at the moment our booking was transferred to the Jetwing beach

This hotel is a bit old, and it is located a bit off the beaten track, but it was quite nice. We stayed in one of the suites and that is definitely recommended as they are the only rooms with lake view and not super expensive. The food at dinner was average but the breakfast was very good.

The staff were excellent, attentive and aware of gust needs and circumstances. When we required moving to another Jetwing property it at was not problem. We had the same excellent customer service the Jetwing beach hotel. While the room was not as nice it had a lovely view all-in-all our stay was just what we needed.

This was supposed to just be an easy one nighter before my actual excursion started and I honestly wish I could have stayed much longer! The entire staff was so friendly and helpful and the grounds were spotless even after some heavy rains. The outdoor bathroom for my room was a huge selling point and I can’t wait to come back!

Gorgeous property. Very quiet, not much around within walking distance. We were a family of 2 adults and a 6 year old. Think this property might be more suited to couples seeking a quiet getaway. We stayed in a Bawa room. Love the outdoor concept however the garden area could do with a lift.

The pool is absolutely incredible and a real treat after a long flight. The outdoor bathroom was also lovely and it was very special having an outdoor shower.

Very nice hotel with long pool. All the staffs are very friendly. A little bit far to the Negombo beach where restaurant are located. I will stay again if I have a chance to come to Colombo again.

The whole property is an amazing get away and being so close to miles of beaches to walk along. We would have liked to have stayed longer and would come back for sure

Only had one night here after flying in from Melbourne so we did not experience everything they have to offer. The room was large and overlooked the lagoon, bed and pillow selection was very comfortable, the aircon a little noisy but overall a nice room. Breakfast is but the lagoon and was very nice the food selection was mostly Sri Lankan but you could get an English style breakfast if you desired, service was good and staff friendly. Did not have time to try pool but it is massive close to 100m long. As we only had one night we did not experiene the local area but it did. The hotel Feels a little out of the way compared to the other two jet wing hotels a few km up the coast. We did not see much night live or restaurants in the area driving aIn at 9pm at night. Overall we would stay again but only a few night

Nice facilities and good service. Food ok. We stayed here one night prior to flying back home and it was a great and relaxing stay.

Quite and perfect hotel for a hooneymoon couple ...

The hotel is a beautiful relaxing place to stay. The 100 metre pool is incredible, I would come back just to swim in it again. Great food, with a whole vegetarian/vegan section to the menu, restaurant and bars look out over the lagoon where you can watch the fishermen come out at sunset. Large rooms with amenities that had been well thought out, like the mosquito repellent. The sea is very choppy on the beach side, so dont expect to swim there, but there is a second swimming pool there too, just in case you really want to see the sea while you swim! Booked a jetski-ing session very easily with the watersports centre, which was based on the lagoon side. The only thing that wasnt perfect were the bikes we hired - the saddle on one we hired came loose, which proved very painful for my partner, and the handlebars were set really low on both - I would advise cycling around the forecourt a few times before leaving to check you are happy.

Great and spacious room connected to open ceiling bathroom. Nicely equip bathroom with feeling in wilderness with partially open ceiling bathroom. Excellent breakfast with wonderful spa facilities with kind and experienced staff. 100 meters swimming pool makes want to stay in the pool. Me and my wife and 7 years old son had wonderful time and we highly recommended for those enjoy and appreciate nature

A very good initial experience as the management had arranged complimentary food and spa following an earlier upset at another Jetwing facility. The rooms are clean, staff attentive and service until 11pm is outstanding. The toilets and bathrooms are based outdoors which can allow lizards and other expected natural creatures and insects to be present whilst using the bathroom. This is not always a great experience for those with phobias of lizards in close proximity on the wall next to you whilst doing a number 2. Unfortunately, we had an early departure before 6am and no one would answer the phones to come and collect bags and provide water bottles for our baby. We called the front desk, room service, reception, operator and even in-room dining/restaurant with no reply. In the end, I had to walk to reception at 5:30am to physically request this in person. Later, I had to send one of my children to inform the porters that our luggage needed collection from the room.

Very Good. Beautiful, Great food, Great Service. Excellent Value. Only reason not excellent was the Internet quality. Slow. The only other thing is the beach is volcanic, but I assume natural for the area. If you expect Florida type beaches you may be disappointed. Hope to come back soon.
