Great efforts to give guest a Moroccan Vibe which was a nice theme resort. Breakfast options were Meh. 10mins walking dist from Blueport mall which is one of two bigger malls in huahin. Facilities were basic but sufficient. truely enjoy the jacuzzi in the junior suite which unfortunately broke down on my last day which i had plans to use. No replenishment of the daily complimentary tea/coffee in my 4days stay

Place looks very nice and view is fantastic but it needs lot of maintenance. Room looked magical. Our jacuzzi was broken and taps were leaking. Garden view was more like construction site view and the ac condencers made terrible noice at the balcony. Foods and drink are expensive and the happy hour was only 6 to 8. Service was very good and staff was helpful. All in all I can recommend this place but get other than garden view.

The 2nd time I’ve been to Marrakesh. The rooms are spacious with big beds and balcony with spa bath.

I expected to receive a pampering room, unfortunately an old-fashioned room with a strong smell of mold, an air conditioner without a remote control and unclean curtains, even the bedding did not smell of cleanliness, there was a feeling that the room had been closed for a long time and had not been ventilated. The air conditioner was very noisy and it was difficult to fall asleep with it, so we turned it off before going to bed, so that during the night it was very hot. The staff is nice but it doesn't make up for a disappointing and old room.

Game, Plern and others endured we were taken care of. Location at the beach perfect.

Nice beach front scenery. Staff are courteous and attentive. Buffet breakfast has less choice than what I expected from such a classy resort.

Before covid we were three times in this hotel, but never again. So many things were getting worse There was no maintenance for sunbeds, garden, the whole house For 150 beds only 18 sunbeds, this is a „no go“ Only six umbrellas, the others were broken From 2.00 pm guests cannot use the garden area, no shuttle any longer to the night market Stuff is not very helpful and unfriendly and they did not make any service at breakfasttime Management is not available, mostly in holidays No chairs in the suites The only good things are the big rooms

Again, the marrakesh Hua Hin outdoes all the competition with friendly staff and excellent service

The staff, especially Game, were extremely freindly and very helpful! And one of the cutest customer service members was the hotel's resident cat. Again, a huge thank you to Game for all his help

We went for a wedding. The setup was beautful. In general, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were more than i expected and very clean. The breakfast package/setup was very good and had a variety of food including local dishes. There were also other amenities like a spa, gym,etc. Overall, it was a very nice hotel. I would go again.

Excellent hotel alittle different to the standard hotel chains mixing in the Moroccan feel! My room was outstanding big whirlpool bath on the balcony. very spacious bedroom. Nice outside area pool and AstroTurf area with bean bags. Nice restaurant food

Great beach, friendly staff

The property is very much a Moroccan Hotel, hence the name of the resort. All the mirror in the room was a bit much for me, but overall it is a nice resort. The staff is very friendly, which is lovely. The pool area and the overall hotel are nice, but for the costs, I think other hotels would be better.

Book a junior suite pool view room but was instead given a room facing trees and daily wake-up noise from construction site.Call to clarify on the booking and receptionist did not bother to check and just reply to ask me to check with expedia and she cannot do anything.Poor service from carrying our own bags at check-in too.Only positive feedback was the staff at the breakfast restaurant and the breakfast buffet.

It whole resort truly has a romantic ambience. Not too big and not too crowded.....simply perfect for us.

Have some dirty smell and long time to waiting to check in

Quiet hotel rigth on the beach. Breakfast with several choises. Beds are nice. Wifi is god in good in room and by the pool. Staff is polite. Prices for food and in the bar are expensive But beware if there is holding a wedding - the maybe close the grassarea for sunbathing from 06.00 AM to 22.00 PM. The sunbeds will be bunked in a very small area by the pool - not O.K. The barman is a bit rude and thinks it is o.k to clear the grassareal at 03.00 PM for dinnertables. Please wait until 05.00-05.30 PM for taking away the sunbeds and everybody is happy

The hotel was well kept, with a lovely pool and direct access to the beach. (access could do with raking to improve appearance) The linen and pool towels smelt lovely everyday. The jnr suite with jacuzzi that we had was spacious and comfortable with an excellent shower room. Breakfast was plentiful, but a bit of a strange layout with the egg station outside and everything else inside. I would have preferred to be able to eat breakfast al fresco, not enough outside seating in my opinion. I feel the hotel may have missed a trick in not having sun loungers on the beach and it would have been nice if there had been more proactive pool bar service for the sun loungers during the day. Maybe a flag to raise when service was needed. The hotel was further away from the Centre /walking street of Hua Hin than I anticipated but it was easy enough to get a Tuk Tuk or taxi to take you to that area. Overall an enjoyable few days was spent at the Marrakesh hotel, a comfortable and friendly hotel.
