Beautiful hotel I’ve stayed few time with family and friends , love the hotel breakfast is great but this morning we had to leave very early to catch a flight so was unable to enjoy the beautiful breakfast and surroundings in the room . Will be booking around nov dec Thankyou see you soon kind regards jannine

When we arrived the lobby looked nice and the check-in was fine. However, once we made our way up the stairs, our experience immediately took a turn; the hallway REEKED of piss, making it hard to even breathe. The floor had parts covered up by worn out sheets and overall the staircase and common area were looking rough. Our room was only locked with our keycard, and we couldn’t lock the door from the inside, making us incredibly uncomfortable. Once we were in our room we booked another hotel and left right away. Worst hotel/hostel experience I’ve had by far. I inquired Hotels.com about this, and after spending a total of +5 hours chatting with customer service multiple times, my request for a refund was rejected. Apparently it’s the hostel that will either accept or decline the request, without any objections by Hotels.com? No wonder I didn’t get the refund… DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I MADE BY BOOKING HERE!

Hotel is clean but bad ventilation in rooms.
No 24/7 lounge area. They only have a bar which closes after operating hours and locked. People who want to talk or eat after the bar closes have no where to go they just talk on the hall way or on the stairs while people are asleep some tend to eat in the room since there there is no lounge besides the bar. The food smells in the rooms which makes it hard for others to sleep. I had roommate who just game the whole time making noise and he said there is no where else to go. The managers should leave the bar lounge open to the tenants even after the bar closes so people can continue their activities at night downstairs and not in the rooms.

We had a lovely stay. Very cute and cozy. Great bar and restaurant downstairs. Nice warm showers. Toilets being on the top floor was a little bit annoying but not a huge deal. Private rooms could do with tea and coffee facilities.

I stayed one night key charge £5 deposit they said when you leve put the key in later box when receptionist come at 9 am you will get your £5 back nearly 9 days and i am still waiting for my refund.

property is unique on its way to lovely and heartwarming people, kitchen staff is unbelievably amazing people. however, I got itchy bites from sleeping in the bed, and my feet have been itchy since I used the public shower.

The entire staff, including but not limited to Elise, Ade, Greg, Aj, Kiera, Morena & Parth were amazing. They all were very accommodating and helpful. They all work very hard on maintenance and cleanliness. I would stay here again! Thank you to all the new friends i made on this leg of my journey!

no privacy curtains as pictured/described. which as a solo female in a room with 7 men, uncomfortable as anything. huge wads of chewing gum on wall just painted over. 1 sink to 4 (disgusting pee covered) toilets. where are you supposed to brush your teeth etc. toilets also on different floor to rooms. Make you pay deposit for key, but then don't pay it back as promised despite emailing to chase up.

Woke up with bites all over my hands, legs, feet and neck.
Also the woman at the bar/reception was not at all friendly or welcoming and seemed to just want to get us in and out. At breakfast she got my order wrong even after writing it down, expressed annoyance when I ordered my drink seperately from mine and my friends food order and responded with rudeness when I asked if they had something... "if we had that I would have offered it to you"

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at your hostel. The bed bugs were rampant, making it impossible for me to sleep throughout the night. This has left me extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with my stay.

It’s cute, a little old with creaky loud stairs. Has a fridge and microwave to use which is nice and loose to the metro station and buses. The staff are amazing and very helpful

It was quite nice for an hostel. I will recommend absolutely to any tight budget traveller.

Good value for the money. Clean and friendly, good access to public transportation. Very basic. Could use a table or anything to put luggage on just to organize one's things. Comforter in pitiful condition.

Honestly, the boy was lovely and helped us a lot with directions which meant a lot to us. Will be defo staying here again !!!!

There was also no clear ventilation/ac system in the room, so the window was open the whole night and the temperature in the room fluctuated a lot. The front desk is not 24hours, so when we had to checkout at 9am (they were supposedly open) they were still closed and there was no proper checkout system. We also checked out a day earlier and no one bothered
to explain our options in terms of refunding or if they were not able to refund at all. Overall, awful customer service and would not recommend to stay there.

The hostel was clean, quiet, and had all the facilities that served my purposes. I had booked last minute so that complicated things a bit, but the concierge worked hard to get me checked in at a timely manner
