Staff were friendly

No window in room - for £165 for one night it was a bit like a prison cell

Die Betten waren sehr bequem und wir haben tief und fest geschlafen. Auch die Dusche (1x abnehmbar und zusätzliche Regendusche) war ein Traum, guter Druck und schön warm. Das Personal - allen voran Carly - ist zuvorkommend, höflich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten Frühstück mitgebucht und selten so gute Pancakes und Avocado Toast gegessen. Auch das Club Sandwich und Hähnchen waren sehr lecker. Von der Lage her ist es perfekt. Viele kleine Läden drumrum, die nächste Bahnstation ist ca 500m entfernt - und von dort ist man in 10 Minuten mit der National Rail in London Bridge. Besser geht es kaum.

Die Zimmer sind hellhörig und der Fußboden knarzt sehr laut. Ansonsten müsste man die zweite Treppenstufe repariert werden 😄 - aber das ist auch das einzige gewesen.

Location and staff It’s close to the station and the staff were very helpful

The location of our room meant it could be a bit noisy at times No noise from the road but noise from music in bar till about 12.30 However it is a pub so only to be expected and the pluses made up for this minus

The breakfast was wonderful and the personnel was very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable.

Unfortunately, it was very loud (especially on the weekend) as the hotel is located above a pub and near a main road. Furthermore, although the bathroom was very clean and modern there were some designing errors. For example If you let the water run, half of it misses because the tap is fixed over the edge of the sink.

It was a very cute place to stay, cozy street, very kind employees, we were welcomed with a smile and said goodbye with a smile. Highly recommended!

Train station is close and had good connection to city centre.

Bathroom was very small and not comfortable at all. Very noisy - the downstairs pub is open until 11pm and then cleaned by the staff - also very noisy as they shout at each other and drag tables across the pavement. You will also hear all your neighbours. Location did not feel very safe and streets were dirty.
