I enjoy my stay and had a relaxing time. However, I was disappointed that no daily activity arrangement on Monday and Tuesday! I hope to have some yoga class every morning.

There was bad smell from drain port at showroom. Even though let them know at 1st day for tree nghts, tgere was no response and no action. And there was big noise around 4 AM die to chicken and wild bird. I do nit want use any more.
And front day tome manager who was western woman was impoliite.

I didn't swim at the swimming pool this time but it I liked it with the design and ocean front location.
I want to enjoy next time when come here again.

Property and room was a wow. Everything was very convenient and well taken care by hotel staff. Only issue was that there were many cockroaches in the room and issue with plug points.

Property was nice, staff were friendly. The only problem was the sliding door wouldn't shut properly and was whistling very loudly from the wind, it actually woke us up.

The location is good, easy and convenient to go to places I used to go. The carpark of the hotel is an indoor carpark, which is good in such a hot and rainy weather. The hotel staffs are nice and helpful, the check-in process was smooth. The room is spacious, tidy and clean, nothing to complaint. The breakfast is good, the restaurant also got a seaview. There are two pools in the hotel, a bit small but good enough.

Amazing location. Having 360 degrees of unrestricted sea view. However, hygiene issue is definitely a concern as the hotel show some age with its wooden furniture, bed edges, There was small insects at one of the bed pillow one day during our stay.
Washroom wise, Wonderful and generous size of the bath tub. Not sure why the toilet roll was positioned above the bin (the toilet paper easily slides down).
Breakfast is server with either indoor or outdoor. Menu is quite limited as we stay for 6 days but nothing really change at the menu. Still some flies but its a general pattaya issue i guess.

This property is wonderful but if you are a westerner be warned that this property is extremely at all times, many places are not air conditioned so be prepared for that.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful from the moment that we arrived until the moment that we departed. The private beach access was absolutely amazing, and both pools offered a gorgeous view from each perspective. We enjoyed the quality and variety of food and beverage options, especially the bakery on the first floor. I would be happy to return for as long as possible next time I visit Thailand.

The hotel is generally good, but it was obvious that the maintenance is not the best, the floor is worn, the room and the bath are a bit outdated. I expected a more elaborate room. In addition, the Executive Club is extremely disappointing, both the food and the drinks.

It was a beautifully designed resort with two pools and free Buffett breakfast. The breakfast was great. We got a standard room and a pool suite. The pool room had a musty smell and the pool had algae and needed more care.

Very nice place to stay , staff were very helpful especially when my wife got a food poisoning and have to rush to hospital in the middle of the night ( vomiting and diarrhoea the night before ) they organised the van for transfer us to the hospital and pick us up back to hotel at no cost thanks to all the staffs and the manager on the 21/11/2011, and also staffs in the Radius restaurant were very nice and helpful

The room is excellent which has the sea view scenery and it is spacious. However, the drainage system of washing basin in the bathroom which is not worked properly

My first experience at Cape Dara Resort was great! It’s very quiet here and the staffs were patient and friendly. What I suggest to the hotel to improve is the breakfast and beverage, it’s kinda disappointing. But overall was very good experience that I will recommend my friends for sure!

Everything was great, except for one problem - there were few electrical outlets in the room. There was a coffeemaker, but no power for it.

The place is amazing as well as the service. The view from our room is spectacular. Bathroom can be somewhat worn out but we don’t think that was the big of the deal.

The staff was incredibly nice. Loved how empty their pools were. We also enjoyed their happy hour on the 24th. They brought us dim sum pool side so we didn't have to get out.

The location is excellent. Very close to malls and some attractions. Club staff’s service is very pleasing. On the other hand, room cleanliness didn’t meet my expectation. Didn’t get any greeting from staff of where the check-in for club benefits would be so I hung on in a queue at the lobby for quite sometime which was frustrating. Rooms for improvement for the service at this hotel.

I should start with saying that this was the most ecxpenice hotel available and we booked it as a treat.
The fixtures and fittings in the room felt cheap. It was all adequate but certainly not luxury. The bed was hard, the quilt was flimsy, the AC control was extremely old, the balcony door took all my effort to open and close, I called reception to ask for the in room dining menu she asked me to wait - then 15 mins later called back to tell me there was no live sports Chanel, coffee in the room for in sachet's - no Nespresso type available - we were so disappointed that even tho we booked for 2 night we left after 1 and checked into the nearby Hilton. The overall dissatisfaction come from all the small details that make a wonderful experience or not.
