Nice friendly hotel, rooms claen, plenty of restaurants near by. Coffee and tea available in all rooms. Towls etc provided, overall pleasent stay.

The staff at the hotel were brilliant. We booked in earlier than advertised, thanks to Will. He welcomed us and nothing was too much trouble.

Great location near supermarkets, restaurants and pubs. Good electric charging nearby too. Accommodation basic as expected but comfortable and great for a stay over. Car parking easy.

Great greeting, easy check in, friendly staff, room clean.
Location great for the centre, has lift, breakfast at Wetherspoon if you fancy
carpark very busy as shared with shops, windows not great sound proofing overall would recommend for couple of nights stay.

Was comfortable to be honest children felt happy being there. Room bathroom and beds were tidied while we were out. Can't really complain. The lady was very friendly on the way in and out. Overall good

We’ve stayed here a few times, it was previously an Ibis. Still has signs up saying it’s an Ibis, but it’s now a go 2 hotel. Great location, free parking, and a good Spoons next door for breakfast

For a budget hotel it was priced at over £100 for a nights stay, so I expected more than budget,
staff not interested in much, tv not worth being there it’s so small, I’ve seen bigger prison cells.
Don’t get the breakfast, it’s the biggest waste of money. Stale food in a bag for £7. Not even a hot drink

Was find for a stop over - lift didn’t work and we met a guy who’d stayed 3 times - he says it’s fine but lift never works -

Negatives: Outside of building desperately in need of a makeover & noise until 2am from Wetherspoon's patrons next door (was Saturday night however)

Ibis Budget at Portishead is well run wit friendly and helpful staff. The room was adequate, clean and with a comfortable bed and chairs, it was cleaned and the bed made up each day. Free parking in the adjacent car park is a clincher, as is the position of the hotel adjacent to the marina, with shops and eating venues aplenty.

Basic room. King size bed with spotlessly clean bed linen. Mattress and pillows a little too firm for me but that is just my preference. Receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. Free breakfast of coffee, orange juice, water, croissant with jam and butter, a cereal bar and a tangerine. View of Portishead marina .
