Although the lobby was updated the rooms were not. The bed & pillows were not comfortable. I can now appreciate the country inn & suites by radiosonde that i stayed the day prior had breakfast included along with newer more comfortable bed & pillows. Goes to show you can’t judge a hotel room by its lobby.

The receptionist was one of the nicest I have met. The hotel is nice, but I was expecting a more scenic area since it is in the fingerlake area. The rooms are clean and spatious, and the bathrooms are good. The wheelchair accessible tub is not usable for someone in a wheelcair. The breakfast buffet is average, with eggs, sausages, porridge, cold cereals, fruit salad, various toasts, yogurt, coffee, and a trio of juices.

Great central location for going to The Rev. Easy walking to downtown restaurants. Loved that there was a fridge & microwave in the room. Staff was great. Didn’t need daily help but desk help & cleaners were great.

However, no safe in the room, which is important to us and for $300 a night, most other hotels give a complementary bottle of water per day. I had to buy one every day. Nice stay , quiet.

I absolutely love this hotel. The review would have been excellent except that this is now the second time out of 3 visits that I come and the pool is not functioning. One of the main reasons I book this hotel when I visit is the pool, and not having one is very disappointing. Otherwise, top notch.

Shower was broken not able to take a shower in morning called front desk they sent someone but could not fix it. Asked for some sort of compensation have been getting run around i call front desk leave message or ask to speak to manager no return phone calls .also the charged me on my card for a nights stay but i had paid thru expedia only went thru expedia because they said they had no rooms available

Pool heater was broke so pool was cold. Breakfast wasn’t included and didn’t start till 7. The one bed was broke so when you moved the bed swayed and creaked. Defined not worth the 300 a night.

The Hilton Garden is always a nice stay, our room was a little better for the ware, meaning the bed condition and bathroom condition were a bit warn for the hotel, but overall it was still good quality for the price and location of what we wanted.

It was neat to get a text right away after checking in:) the woman that made my drinks which were really cool was great! Friendly service, awesome food and awesome atmosphere. Just what a girl needed for her birthday weekend:)
