I’ve checked out of my hotel room and it’s still not closed. This is due to someone at Expedia booking me for an extra night even though I never indicated i will be staying more than 1 night. Once this stay has closed, I will never use Expedia again.

Was surprised to be able to hear the people in the room above and next door. The room wasn’t dusted the best (TV and desk lamp) but it was super clean otherwise. Having to pay for parking was also surprising, but with Scottie’s on the River restaurant may have caused that to become necessary. Perhaps wave the fee for hotel guests. Otherwise an amazing hotel!!!

Nice location on the river. Not really walkable to downtown. Great for jog along river. Staff communication was lacking. No shuttle as i thought. Not sure why charge for parking in separaded area from downtown. Room was nice and clean and good workout facility.

This hotel is a beautiful location but no where when i booked does it state you have to pay for parking at the hotel. The staff was not friendly, cleaner rudely banged on our door at 10pm to hand us towels we didn't request. When checking in the staff did not state when breakfast took place where the pool was or even the elevator. Valet parking was not to bad but the entire time we stay we never received the link to request our vehicle like they kept telling us to do.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. The staff is always very courteous and professional. I would’ve given a 5-star rating but when booking the hotel, I had to pay an additional fee for breakfast which we didn’t mind. Unfortunately, the continental breakfast being served was no better than previous hotels we’ve stayed at that cost much less and offered better options. Also, there is now a parking fee which was a bit confusing when first arriving to the hotel. Make sure to notify the parking attendant you are a guest at the hotel and not pay via the QR code as posted. Otherwise, still a great hotel with a beautiful view of the Tennessee River.

For over $250 a night, I expected a) NOT to be able to hear toilets in other rooms, b) NOT to have to write down my cc # because the machine was broken (I still dont trust this) & c) NOT to have to pay $18 for parking! Terrible entrance to the parking area and way too many children in the hot tub.

Great location…walkable to downtown. Included breakfast was hot and had several options. Everyone in our group found something yummy to eat. The staff was very friendly. The pool was small but adequate and the hot tub was relaxing. The room was comfy. The only downside of the room was the bathroom. It looked nice, but was very impractical. Counter space was tiny, only two towel hooks for a room for 6 (despite plenty of wall space in the bathroom), and no divisions in the bathroom meant you couldn’t brush your teeth while someone else showered. Not a make or break issue, but kind of annoying.

This hotel is really clean and the staff is friendly. I thought I would have issues finding parking at the hotel since it’s in with a popular restaurant in the area but the parking wasn’t bad. The only complaint is I had to pay to park.

I did not like my view of the river. The description of the room should be more accurate. The TV was not positioned correctly to be viewed from the bed. It should have been mounted rather than sitting on the side were you have to turn your head from the bed to view it. The staff was not that friendly either.

The resturaunt at the property was the best part of the stay. It was a very upscale menu at very affordable prices. The staff was knowledgable of the items and very friendly. The entire stay was enjoyable and I would recommend it to my friends!!

Hotel was great! We were disappointed by the restaurant attached as it was marked for hotel guests only on the outside patio yet when we asked for seating we were told they don’t serve out there and we would have to wait for indoor seating or order takeout. Seemed quite contradictory after traveling all day and choosing to sit where it was marked for hotel guests only - almost like the hotel guests came second to everyone else in the restaurant!

The hotel was clean, but did not have enough towels in the room for family of five we had towels for family of 4 ,parking is not great at all , the staff r helpful .
