It was my second stay. Very nice hotel. Very practical. It has great self serve laundry where soap is automatically dispensed and you pay by credit card. Great seafood all you can eat dinner buffet (not sure if it is every night). Great breakfast buffet. Staff is super sweet. Nice bar on 21 floor. Rooms are clean and modern. One thing is that the hotel is in a very hilly area with steep hills. But if you are biking Han River trail this is still a good start end spot. There is a GS25 right in front as well as Mega Coffee. There is also a nice lounge area with free espresso. I was very happy here.

Loved the egg chair in the room! Very quiet room and comfortable bed. The sauna and large bath in the basement is excellent.

Very nice room in good location. Clean and comfortable. No bed bugs. Room is a bit small but not unexpected in Seoul. Nothing to complain about. Oh they have that clothes styling machine which is useful for drying clothes.

Had a really nice stay at this property, with friendly & professional staff, clean room & public areas, and essential amenities that includes free coffee in the morning. Only downfall I can see for leisure travelers is that there’s not much to do during daytime around the hotel because it is located in a business district.

The AC Hotel in Gangnam is a great hotel. Located in Gangnam, it has easy access to food options and shopping within a couple blocks of the hotel. It also offers access to some sites that might not be on your traditional Seoul itinerary in Bongsuensa Temple and the royal graves of Seolleung, Jeonghyeon, and Jeongneung. It’s also a 30ish minute car ride from Seoul proper. The staff were amazing, and I’d like to thank Jinny at the front desk for helping me at both check in and checkout. Highly recommend the AC Hotel if you’re looking at visiting Seoul.

This AC Hotel is located in the Gangnam area of Seoul. It has plenty of good dining options within easy walking distance. It also has a good restaurant at the hotel, which certainly serves a very good buffet breakfast with many Western and Asian food options. The staff at the hotel are excellent. Outside of the Seoul rush-hour the AC hotel is approx 1 hour taxi ride from Incheon airport.

Room is not big but cozy and clean. Hostitality is great!

Had the opportunity to enjoy a 8d7n stay due to a business trip. One of the best hotels within this price range in South Korea, at least from my own personal experience. Rooms were decent, breakfast buffet spread was good, location was convenient with just a short 2mins walk to yeongsam station. They also had a business lounge for guests with coffee/tea, perfect environment to engage in some work.

The staff was welcoming and very helpful. The neighborhood was quiet. Very conveniently located by subway station.

This is great hotel. The only problem is that the prices have increased quite a lot. The location is great is to get from metro. When it changed from Mercure to Marriot, the prices increased. The service is great and especially the front desk people are very helpful and friendly.

Except a little small room size, everything was good. Specially all the employees are very kind.

I enjoyed my stay. Staffs are friendly and helpful, they speak fluent english. Rooms are well equipped and comfy.

Everything was beyond above. However, the room required AC and if you turn it on, even if you set the temp at 25 Celsius, it would be too cold and if you turn it off it was too warm. The corner room they gave us was also rather small (the view was good but still the room was too small).

It was well situated in Gangnam. Very clean, nice design. Areas are restricted though if you aren't a guest and they charge if you want to have access to separated areas. That was a bit irritating, also as these areas only had a basic coffee machine / offering I wasn't clear why they would charge. Public area seating was too small.

The staff were superb. Like most of Asia, the beds were on the firm side. The rooms are compact. Great location for Gangnam.

A comfortable hotel in a good location within Gangnam-gu. The rooms are reasonably sized and clean and tidy, the roof top bar is nice and gives good views of Gangnam. Breakfast was good quality and the members area for coffee, sitting etc is a nice touch.

Hotel is in a great location with transport, food and near downtime gangnam where there's shopping.

Service of the front desk is excellent, any single of them are very polite and professional, especially Chris. However, I was upset by one thing. A house keeper open my door without notification. She told front desk she left her phone in my room, but she didn't take anything from my room. I wondering she wanted to do something else.

AC Hotel provided the best hotel experience. Great Staff and really helpful and thoughtful. Rooms were clean and is truly my go to hotel now when I am in Seoul. Very good location with restaurants, cafes, and subway access.

Quick check-in, kind staffs and great location. Overall I like this hotel.

They tried to charge me a different price to what I had booked. (Over £400 difference). They kept on telling me my freight was not there when I know it arrived a day earlier than myself. This caused problems for my work. The staff were a little lazy when I asked for help with the subway, just pushing use of a taxi. I just needed help, I could navigate it if they’d helped me. I felt it was because she couldn’t be bothered speaking English. As I wasn’t able to check out late without a charge, I asked if I could use the sauna shower room as I’d been working all day and had a 33+ hour journey ahead of me. The member of staff tried to charge me for this. I pushed back and didn’t end up paying. I just thought it was quite an unkind way to treat someone. Location and quality good. But staff service could be much improved.

Great hotel convenient and near to food and train lines

It's a business district so not much to see, but the hotel and their staffs are professional, highly trained, and friendly.

It was an unpleasant stay for every aspects such as cleanliness, room service (the worst pizza ever I had), level of management, and client service.

I had bad experience for parking at this hotel.
