They gave us a room with a view, used the jacuzzi until closing time, and delivered meals to our room. Overall, PnP is a hidden gem between the seasons.

We stayed here one night off season on our way home from somewhere. In summer, I found it to be the most reasonable rate even though there is a resort fee added by the state. It is a ski resort. The main lodge was very nice. (there are condos and other things you can stay in on the property). We had little reason to interact with staff but everyone was professional. It is far from other things to a degree. You can drive to things in about 1/2hr probably but there is no mini mart around for example. However, they did have a store on grounds. I'm not sure if it was open and what all attractions might be open. There was one (of a few) restaurant open and we ate there and enjoyed the food. We also played mini golf on the grounds. The room was very nice and all was very clean.

Booked this as a weekend getaway just to relax and take a break and Peek'n Peak was exactly what we needed. By Saturday, we were so pleased with how our stay was going we booked another weekend trip for later in the year. Check-in wasn't technically until 4pm but the staff at the front desk let us check in at 2:30pm. Everyone was kind, accommodating, and just made our stay as pleasant as can be.

Too many parents with small children which they don't or can't control. This is supposed to be a resort area not Splash Lagoon or Disney World where you'd expect a lot of kids.

It was not at all what we expected! It was way off the path we were on. Had done travel issues on the way. So not in the mood for the long out of the way drive. Check in went ok. Told we were on the lowest floor, but did 3 flights of steps to get there. Got to the room, it was amazing! Outdated, but huge. The beds were comfortable. Next day, drove around the property and it was crazy! Huge!

Very big Ski resort. The facility is very impressive.Indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub was very nice. We ate at one of the restaurants and the food was excellent. Our room did have a problem with the AC unit but the staff quickly worked to move us to the room next door.

The outdoor pool was good. My granddaughter had a ball on the slide. The tv in the room had alot of interference making it difficult to watch due to their cable provider, Spectrum, which they were unable to fix. Houskeeping did a lousy job cleaning the room. They did not change the bedsheets daily, which they were supposed to do. They did not clean the floors. Did not clean the bathroom properly.

I enjoyed my stay, the room was clean. I had one inconvenience. I ran my bath water and the tub filled up with rusty water. I drained the tub. Everything else was nice though.

It was a great stay until they charged me an extra day without telling me. When I came in, they told me they would hold an extra $75 aside for incidentals. They failed to inform me that they were authorizing an extra $138 in addition to the $280 I paid for the 2 night stay. In case I stayed over I guess. My issue was them not telling me. I could have easily put more money in that account and not been overdrafted if they had simply told me what they were doing. Be aware that they can basically charge you double. The front desk told me it isn't a charge, it's an authorization and will drop off in about a week. That doesn't help me because I wasn't planning on them charging the full price and pulling additional amounts in authorizations. They caused me to overdraft an account needlessly. The place itself was very nice.

Room didn’t have air conditioning. And called front desk to have them fix it twice and they never came. Slept very uncomfortable and miserable. The doors keys also didn’t work 90 percent of the time
