Was very nice and near shopping areas ic would stay again

I didn’t think the bed was all that comfortable but the rest of my family thought it was ok. There was a bad smell a few times when we came back to the room, we told the front desk and they gave us free breakfast for our stay. It was more than we usually pay and not really a step up in comfort. Chose this hotel for the hot tub and pool that my kids wanted.

Location was great. Within 10-15 min. drive to most shopping. Bed was hard as a rock and pillows were extremely lacking. The quality of the steakhouse was just OK, wine list was very basic, and both food and drinks were overpriced. However, staff were great and they let us check in early.

Walking distance to everything, movie theater, BBQ, Mexican, Italian, fast food and breakfast spots, Target, Hallmark, Sporting goods, etc. literally everything. The lobby was spacious with a nice restaurant and bar. The indoor pool and gym were especially nice and clean. The snack area was fully stocked with candy, chips, wine, beer and soft drinks as well as microwavable meals, ice cream and toiletries. Parking was close and easy.

The room wasn’t ready upon arrival, they made us wait 45 min to 1 hour. Ironically the next morning they knocked on the door at 10:00; asking for the room.

Check in was a breeze and the room was exactly what I was expecting. The only thing I would say is the door to the bathroom opens OUT into the room. This then blocks the way in or out of the room. I would rather see it open into the bathroom or like a pocket sliding door rather than this set up, but it is only a minor thing.

Our stay would have been perfect but the hotel somehow was having hot water problems. We literally took cold showers this morning. There was a sign at the front desk saying that they were aware and working on it but that is still a major disappointment.

The check in staff was pleasant. The room and property looked nice and clean. However, we only stayed five hours because continually felt bugs biting while in bed. After not being able to sleep, got up at 330 am, showered and left property. Did pass information on to the front desk clerk who continued to explained it might be just “dry skin”. I explained she might want to pass on to house cleaning for inspection and fumigation. Probably an isolated incident but unfortunate.

We stayed here for one night on a Saturday for the Taylor Swift concert at GEHA and we were very satisfied with our stay! Location was convenient to the stadium and had everything needed very close. The hotel was comfortable and clean and Cynthia and Tim at the front desk went above and beyond to help us get into our room so we could get to the concert in a timely manner.

The hotel is starting to show its wear and tear. Disappointing that they’ve maintained the lobby, but not the guest rooms or fitness space.

It was a clean place. Pool and hottub were nice! Easy options to walk to eat. Fitness center had everything I needed. Room were big and spacious and most importantly, clean!

This hotel was a backup plan for the Doubletree, which was sold out. Now, it’s my new go to for Olathe. The Hilton Garden Inn seems fairly new, with a modern shower and a very comfortable bed. Eco conscious allows for room cleaning only if you wish. Staff is helpful and friendly. Great place to stay, and quiet, too, right near a busy section of the city.

The check-in experience was not exceptional. Asked for early check-in and was told they just couldn't accommodate us. We sat in the lobby patiently waiting for 2 hours. Nothing. Then a larger soccer team arrives and they start checking them in. We were then checked in after them. Both my husband and I have worked in the hotel industry. We find it hard to believe that ONE room wasn't cleaned and ready prior to normal check-in time.
The room itself was nice. They need to upgrade and/or replace the bed pillows.
Location is very convenient with decent food selections nearby.

The hotel was beautiful! I am leaving this review due to the gal who checked us in on August 27th. I wish I could remember her name. We did have a minor issue with our room and went and spoke to this delightful young lady. She completely took care of us and upgraded our room. The room was beautiful and extremely clean. We were highly satisfied and highly recommend this hotel.
