I stayed here for one night before flying back to Sweden, and I was absolutely impressed with the exceptional service from the front desk staff. Upon check-in, I was warmly greeted with genuine friendliness and professionalism. When they noticed I was traveling with my child, they went above and beyond by upgrading me to a larger room, as one was already available. This thoughtful gesture made our stay even more comfortable and stress-free.
It’s rare to find a hotel team that truly understands and anticipates their guests’ needs, and this staff exceeded all expectations. Their kindness and attention to detail made a lasting impression, and I will undoubtedly choose to stay here again. Highly recommend!

Nice hotel but out of the way from downtown Barcelona, if looking to be around las ramblas or or the cruiseship ports not the best best hotel to stay at

The property was beautiful, especially the rooftop pool! The staff was also super accommodating, we were able to check in a lot earlier due to our early flight. Our stay was lovely, would definitely recommend.

Property is nice, rooftop bar and pool. Metro station is right there next to the hotel. Taxis outside. Just takes a little bit of time to get the city. But overall not bad and a nice stay.

The property was clean, pool awesome. Dining options few; had to walk .5 mile to find a local place; bed was firm as a rock! Pillows were terrible.

Staff was excellent and knowledgeable of the area. My wife did not like the architecture of the building. It was fine for me.

I would overall highly recommend this property. It is clean, accessible to many transit options, shopping and dining. The breakfast buffet is wonderful and the views from the hotel are awesome. We had an issue with a blocked shower drain that was not resolved by staff and quite gross to shower in. But other than that, that is a fantastic hotel.

Stayed here for 5 days and it was wonderful! Conveniently close to the metro so we had no problems getting into the city frequently. There is a shopping center nearby where you can pick up anything you may have forgotten for your trip. Staff was friendly and the facilities were wonderful. AC was stronger than expected in a very good way! Perfect to return to after sightseeing during hot and humid days. I’d stay here again!

Absolutely stunning hotel with beautiful lobby area, atrium with greenery. The rooms were kept pristine by housekeeping and they were spacious and airy with air conditioning working perfectly. Pool area on the top was amazing and staff were so friendly. Gym was great with the only downside that there was no air conditioning in this area. Perfect location for anyone travelling to Barcelona as only few mins walk to the metro. Would definitely visit this hotel again.

Bathroom is inconvenient, since toilet is in a closet like section with no ventilation and not a soundproofed walls. Shower & sink are completely glass so no privacy and again no sound proofing. No hooks to hang towels or clothes when you rinse your bathing suits. I travelled with my teenage daughter so this room was inconvenient. Consiege could hardly give us proper directions or help with any sightseeing! Pools are mostly crowded and dirty. Rooftop pool is in middle of a very busy bar area and set up is not relaxing or appropriate for children as people smoke , drink and have loud parties. The pools are only open 9-20 which is very inconvenient.

A great city hotel with amazing views and a little sanctuary with the rooftop pool! Seconds from a metro station so can get anywhere including the airport very quickly and cheaply.

It was my first time in Europe and felt safe in the vicinity. It was walking distance from both bus and train, along with a variety of food options that are were only walking distance from the hotel. The staff were all very kind and helpful, and it was overall a wonderful experience!

Lovely hotel away ftom the tourist area, plenty nearby to vudut and eat local style. Two criticisms, 1, beakfast at €25 each is not good value at all, 2, getup early if you want a bed at the spectacular rooftop pool.
