All very good. One issue would be the breakfast wasn’t worth the cost, though we did meet some very nice people when we did.

It was in the old town and could walk around easily.

Front desk lady at end of my trip was so helpful with getting my transport to the airport. I really appreciate the extra effort she made.

Property is old and poorly maintained. A hotel that no longer wishes to be one. Amenities and accommodation did not correspond to images on Expedia.

Beyond my expectations, excellent place. Clean, attentive staff, very good breakfast, comfortable beds, at one block from the "rambla" and a few blocks from the downtown and the Ciudad Vieja.

After 11 pm nobody in front desk.

Spacious suite with table and chairs and a nice view of the river from wall to wall windows. However, the twin beds are very narrow so they feel restrictive.

Worst hotel I stayed at. Reception did not speak any English at all, the keypad code didn’t work everytime, small elevators.

They gave me a code to enter the building. There was almost never anyone at the reception. Breakfast was available for an extra charge; it was not included. The shower was nice, and the towels were huge. The room was spacious. The street was quiet. The hotel was very close to the bus station (350 m), and a short walk to the nearby attractions of Ciudad Vieja ("Old City") neighborhood. A very nice hotel for the price.

This is an excellent place to stay in the old part of Montevideo. The staff were very friendly and helpful, giving us an excellent dinner recommendation. The room was very comfortable.

The location was perfect and it felt safe. I liked the small kitchen although it would be helpful to have a few more basic things like scissors, oil, salt and pepper. I found the room cold so an extra blanket would've helped. The shower was kind of annoying and made the whole bathroom wet often. There was no cleaning while I was there for a whole week. Some of the staff were nice but others were kind of rude.

It is very clean and the rooms are spacious with nice view of the river. The room TV is very small and it is hard to see it from bed. It is very well located in the old part of the city but unfortunately the area is desolated at nights and weekends. It did not feel unsafe though. It is not very far from the center of the city, and it is easy reachable by uber or a 25-30 minute walk. The people who works there are very nice but they should be more knowledgeable of the information the client could need, like places open at late hours, where to rent a bike, where to do a covid test... The hotel is extremely quiet, maybe too much for me.

This is now my go-to hotel in Montevideo. Location means you walk to the Rambla one way or the old city the other, within minutes. Modern, spacious rooms, great service, and a breakfast you linger to enjoy.I will go back, for sure.

We arrived at 1 am exhausted The front desk employee had not gotten the keys ready Then he gave us a key to insert into a slob yo get electricity but then we could not see the internet access as he put the sticker with the internet information on the key . He said he will give us a sea view room but once in the room he said he had no more sea view room . We had to send several mails to get the transfers from the airport as we were getting to reply We are very disappointed by the arrival on the hotel We also had to ask him to help us with the luggage My husband is 75 years old and we had had a very long trip .he hotel is not worth a 5 stars . The receptionist although he could speak English kept on talking to us in Spanish . He had noticed we did not speak Spanish
