The showers and toilet was the big let down. The mixed showers did not have a door. There were mirrors on the far wall, allowing anyone walking by, to see the entire room, no privacy. There were no hooks or benches to place your dry cloths. The shower stall was just 90cm x 90cm in which to shower and store your dry cloths. There was a wash basin in the toilet which was broken, and had been for a long time, without being repaired. The toilet ran out of industrial size toilet paper, with no spare. The doors to the showers did not seal at the bottom, allowing a LOT of water to flow out into the main area...it was a major slip and fall danger.

There was no door to the mixed bathroom. The wall facing the door had mirrors on it that allowed anybodybin the hall/landing to view the entire change area. The 90cm x 90cm shower had no dry area to place your cloths. The shower door did not go all the way to the floor, allowing water to pool outside in the 'dry' area. The small sink in the toilet was not secured to the wall and the drain pipe was not connected.

The description of the room said there would be air conditioning available in the room. With the window's open it was cool except for mid-day. Other rooms may have had a/c, but mine did not. The clerk was cool, but the layout of the hostel was not friendly. There were few English speakers.

It was a really nice place to stay. Staff were really nice and it was a good place to stay.

There was no electric socket next to my bed. I was offered to charge my phone at the reception but it's not very comfortable. Only 1 out of 3 showers was working! Also the cleanliness can be improved - I was asked to choose any free bed in the room but all beds looked like already used. On the positive note, the location of the hostel very central next to many bars. And the outdoor seating are is cool. Staff was helpful.

Central location, but impossible to sleep since main party district is right outside window. High noise until well after midnight even on weekdays.

However I landed in a dirty room, and a bed full of bed bugs... avoid it at all cost However the guys were really helpful, giving me free washing machines and dryer for my clothes + full reimbursement of my stay.

Narrow beds and a bit noisy but this is what you can accept from hostel.

The hotel is nice but definitely for young people. Only for low badget.

Stayed here as a solo traveler for four nights in the female dorm. My main issue was that my room was facing the street and it was kind of noisy at night as the hostel is surrounded by restaurants and night life- truly “city center” as they say! Other than that, things were clean and comfortable and it was an overall good experience. Staff were pleasant and helpful, and the breakfast was sufficient.

Cleanest hostel ever!!! Great location, in the middle of pedestrianised area for sightseeing and lots of restaurants/bars for the evening. 5 minute walk to the airport bus which costs €3

Didn’t like the careless attitude of the staff and the unclean or dysfunctional toilets/showers.

Great location, right in the heart of the old town. Helpful staff, nice amenities, and storage for leaving your luggage after checking out. However, if you're coming with a car, I would recommend staying at their hostel in Soho neighborhood where you can park for a day for only 10 euros. Otherwise, 10/10 would recommend staying at this place.

Stayed at this hostel for 3 nights. Most of the staff were really friendly and helpful. Especially, Esperanza and Pablo were particularly very friendly and were very knowledgeable of the area, being able to recommend places to go, places to eat, how to get to the airport, etc. The location was superb. It is smack in the middle of the city center. There are hang out areas in front of the entrance, so it really provides a unique sense of liveliness when you hang out with people. The kitchen is a little disorganized, but it has 3 sets of sinks, oventops, etc. So, you don't run into the problem of having to wait for the kitchen. The bedding was great. It was super comfortable. The only thing is that it doesn't have a place to set your cell phone when you are charging from the bed. There is a bar crawl every night (€10 when I was there), with free sangria provided around 8 30 pm at the hostel! Overall, it was a super enjoyable place with a very lively, fun environment! I really loved this hostel!

Nice place to stay in the middle of town. Just hoped the breakfast would've been a bit better. Still had an overal good time :)

Never again. Not hot water (3th floor), some toilet doesnt works, breakfast terrible (cold coffee, in the milk was swiming some fly....) Finaly we found cheap and nice restaurant just in the next street and we had delicious breakfast for 3 EURO per person. In May is not high season and the quality was bad.... :-(
