The kids bedroom had no fan and they were really hot in there room. But overall was a good property to stay at. The k8ds loved the frilled neck lizards also

Quiet area , easy late check in organised by lovely staff . Close to shops. Cabin was very clean & tidy.

Easy to get to from airport parking. Competitive rate. Good value. Shower tended to splash onto the bathroom floor. Pleasant staff. Easy to access after hours.

Tv was difficult to tune; aircon shear did not work; ants in bathroom; gap under door and I did not want an upstairs room

It was a huge apartment with heaps of room to move around - the living area was a bit sparsely furnished and the tv was tiny but we had a washing machine & dishwasher - so overall we were more than happy

Very, very clean. Great value for money. A little noisy with workers coming and going late/early but to be expected. Good choice.

The wifi needs a lot of attention.

Have stayed here before and it is convenient but this time the bed was uncomfortable and we didn’t get good sleep. The beds also roll around on the floor too easily - it is annoying to have to keep moving it back.

Cramped, cockroaches, no sheets on bunk beds, uncomfortable, bathroom window that could not be locked. Definitely will not be returning.

Pretty simple but well priced for what it was. Unfortunately the staff were a little difficult to find and we received a text message that seemingly tried to take a double payment but the room itself, the price, and the grounds were all good. We'd return.

Good stay.

With the Queen bed it moved each time you sat down, so maybe bed caters to stop the movement would be great.

Our room was reasonable. We had an issue with ants. Was quite warm and comfy even without using the heating.

I booked a Garden Room as I was on a budget but its true - you get what you pay for. Pros: > Quick & Easy Check In > Shower Pressure was great > The outdoor scenery was beautiful and very well maintained landscaping. Cons: > Wifi was awful. I had work to do and wasnt able to with the supplied wifi. Kept dropping out every could minutes on the Friday afternoon and on the Saturday it wasnt even displaying as an option. I ended up having to hotspot my phone. I dont mind doing that but dont supply wifi if you cant actually provide this service. > I was on the ground floor and could hear every step the residents on the upper level could take, along with everytime they used the toilet, shower. Could hear the residents either side talking as the walls were paper thin. The first night i ended up having an alnighter as I couldnt sleep from their lound antics. > The bed was awful. Could feel the mattress coils. I ended up going and buying a mattress topper just to be able to not have something stabbing into me as I tried to sleep. I would have had a better weekend stay if I slept in my vehicle. Would I stay here again? Yeah maybe..... in a different room perhaps.

Good value property, swimming pool and gym quite good. Bbq facilities not appealing due to location next to bins.Newly refurbished rooms excellent, just missing a few things like chair, coat hangers,full length mirror. Some rooms have toasters, microwave, ironing facilities some dont, its hit and miss. Overall, very clean and comfortable, great location near shopping centre.

I have little girls and there were no curtains on the windows at all by there beds

Had my date changed with my travels ,called & made inquires for the change but was not contacted back or help in any other way.

Clean and quiet place to stay.

My ground floor room had a glass sliding backdoor with a pleasant outlook over an undulating grassed area. The room itself was very basic and included an iron, ironing board, 2 mugs. 2 glasses & 2 teaspoons as well as the usual coffee & tea. However, no bowls or cutlery for a takeaway meal. The bed was comfortable and the shower hot. Location was close to Taigum shopping centre. The staff were pleasant & courteous. We couldn't get the Wi-Fi to work even though we had two passwords.

Overall I think this place is good value for money, the cabin was spacious and well cleaned. The swimming pool is also great. I would add more hangers for towels in the bathroom. The cabin could with a bit of renovations but it was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.
