Clean, friendly staff and geat breakfast.They have a lovely pool and have enjoyed it. We will definitely book here again.

We had a room without a window - well there was a window but facing some dirty in-building facade so basically you need to have curtains on all the time. The room was super small, it had a tiny bathroom where we could barely move. The bed was old and the size was more as for 1 person - each time we moved we had to do this super carefully to not fall on the floor (sleepless night). The cleaning staff was pleasant, but the receptionist looked like she does not want to be there. We stayed there one night only before our flight (free airport shuttle, takes 15 min), but I would choose another hotel next time, as we could not fall asleep on this bed anyway...

Perfect place to stay before a flight from Puerto Princesa. Nice pool area, breakfast included, great service including a free transfer to the airport. Only downside is that wifi is only available in the reception area.

Time management is poor!

Ipil was a pretty much place. It was a little bit of a walk from the main intersection. But it was close enough to bike rentals, plenty of places to eat, bars, etc. The breakfast was fantastic and the pool was clean. It was a great deal and hotel all around for PPS, I'd highly recommend.

Our stay was very good. The staff are very accommodating and helpful. The area is excellent, close to so many restaurant. They have free breakfast and shuttle to the airport. I would definitely recommend this hotel!!

We initially booked for 2 days while touring city center. End up booking for 2 more times. We choose the place because they have pool and near the airport (15-20mins away). Hotel staffs were great! Breakfast buffet not fun with, I dont expect too much since I dont really eat in the morning.

Firstly, the hotel is situated in the town. Very close to some nice restaurants. However, wifi absolutely sucks here, not only are you limited to the lobby to get wifi but you are also limited to the lobby or the stairs to get cellphone signal on your phone. The overall facilities could improve as there is literally a bed, tv, towel, a pitcher and two drinking glasses, a desk and chair in the room. I would have rated the staff higher had I not had a bad experience with one staff member. She literally lied to me about the cost of transportation when I just got there, she told me that one trip less than a kilo was 250 - 300 pesos when in reality its no more than 40 pesos and actually the residents pay 10 pesos. To add insult to injury, I asked her for recommendations for a good seafood place which she recommended and called a "tricycle" for me. They seemed to be working together because he told me the same figure that she said. She also charged me twice for early checking, after I had paid for it upon my arrival with cash, she placed it on my bill again. I told the hotel all of this when checking out but given that I don"t know what will happen I think people should be aware and be on their guards. The other staff members were very good, they were helpful, friendly and provided good recommendations when asked. Beautiful lobby and pool area. Very nice breakfast. Quietly located okay from the main street.

Since the airport has moved to the opposite side of the airfield, transept is very hard to get.A major factor. Hotel is pleasant clean, safe,location a bit set back. Improvements in the expansion, rooms a bit small space wise, yet convenient. Overall 1-5 scale 2.5. Empoyees make up all the differences where certain things are lacking. I also had to realise where i am at and country.

Nice hotel close to airport with all facilities as expected of any 3 star hotel. Add on bonus is free airport drop.

Even though we only stayed one night, we really enjoyed our time at Ipil. The pool was warm and clean. The staff were super friendly and the food was pretty good! It was also in a handy location for us as it was near the airport. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing would be is that the rooms near a bit of a refresher, but for the price we paid we definitely cannot complain. Thanks Ipil!

The staff were friendly and very accommodating to everything from booking our day trips to our meals. The only downside to this is that the wifi was awful that we couldn't get any signal. This made the most impact because we are two visitors who did not have access to the local services.

all the hotel staff were very friendly and courteous. room was clean and beds comfortable. I love that there was ref as most hotels in Palawan does not have refrigerator. the only thing is that the aircon was located on the top wall on the side of the bed, so the vent is facing the upper portion of our bodies and blowing cold air directly on our faces and backs. It should have been located on the wall by the foot of our bed so that the air will blow directly on us but not on our faces. Also they do not serve lunch so we were forced to eat out during lunch when it was hot.

Room & bathroom too small. Dont even have a space to sit down & have conversation w/ your companion except on bed. But I would still rate it as Ok considering other 3 star hotels in PPS.

Right spot. Very close to airport so ride is cheap. Nice staff, very helpful and friendly. Needed some tips and guidance but overall really chill. The breakfast was the best I have had so far. Excellent! Perfect jump off point for El Nido and everything else

Staff were nice and friendly. No elevator, we had to climb 3 floors. We were on the 3rdfloor. Food was served cold. Toilet seat was loose. Air con was too cold when on, hard to control.

Very helpful staff, clean rooms, although the lack of a desk in the room but that is only me that I do work at least 2 hours while I am holidaying. Overall nice hotel with good value for your money . They have arranged free taxi for me at 3am to the airport, nice of them

Great place to stay, the staff are friendly and attentive to our need. They even help us book for our tour. Breakfast is good. We will surely comeback to IPIL hotel when we get back to Palawan. Thank you IPIL
