Great service and very busy and happening area of kuta. If you like to be a busy area, this is it. Staff are very friendly and attentive to your needs.

Clean, good facilities (a bit dated but in very good condition). Almost entire staff is very helpful

An absolutely fantastic property in Kuta. With some of the best service staff in the business. Property is well located near the beach. Safe. Secure. Lots of shopping close by. Next door to the Hard Rock Hotel. Awesome pool deck on upper floor overlooking beach, and amazing food throughout. A definitely recommended rating. Can’t wait till next trip here!!! Cheers.

Due to environmental policies they don’t actually clean the rooms with bleach or sterilise anything so my perception is the room was dirty. I only ate at the hotel and got Bali belly every time I ate, which became obvious that non sterile policy existed in the kitchen as well. It doesn’t matter how well I clean my hands if no one else does. A vacuum might work to pickup dust if you actually used it! I did see a vacuum in the hallway.. never saw it used in the room, and I did stay in to observe how the room was cleaned. The staff were made aware of room issues like toilet running constantly and still it was not rectified. If you can’t drink the water from the tap how can you hope to clean yourself without re contamination? All in all the view was spectacular.. can’t say the same for Bali belly

Awesome Room

Room was ok. We had some difficulty with room keys but the staff responded quickly. I wasn’t impressed with the view from our room but we didn’t spend much time there.

Lack of information from hotel and Expedia on a major holiday. I was dead bolted in the hotel with 500 guests for 24 hours. That would be a crime in my country. Was only told the stores would be closed never told I would be locked up as a criminal

I return to this location as i know the standards that i can expect and i have never been disappointed. It may not be the newest but the people really make the difference here. I stayed here twice on my most recent visit to Bali and would recommend for anyone that wants a well priced and friendly location close to plenty of facilities. Special mention to Alfil who helped during my stay and Komang who was always so friendly and proactive at the main entrance. I look forward to returning soon!

Checkin was easy. There’s a nice coffee area if arriving early. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The room has a bar fridge. There’s a store at the base of the hotel. It is across from the beach and close to the mall plus there are many small shops and vendors close by. The breakfast buffet has many options to suit different tastes. The omelets to order were delicious.

Hotel was fine, had a nice swimming pool, the neighborhood was typical with lots of people trying to sell you something, and constantly asking where you’re from, how old are you, annoying, but that is not the hotel’s fault. There is a Starbucks next to the property.

Great hotel, great location, great staffs. Hotel condition is average, however in and out by taxi is horrible, we came back from a excursion and when get to the Kuta area is bumper to bumper , it took us 1/2 hr to move to 1 mile

Front office lady Ms Sedco is exceptionally helpful & endearing 💥💥💥💥💥 but the Asst Manager Iwan is not meticulous.

Close to beach Good for family A bit old property but compensated by friendly staff( thank to Nita Oda and Seini who helped in the breakfast to get masala tea and hot milk for our toddler) Worth the stay

very horrible hotel. the perfect picture on their page is a malicious deception. The location is ghetto, the rooms are horrible and smell nasty. We had to ran out of the hotel next day..
