The hotel was a great place to stay for the price. I would stay there again the future.

The staffs are amazing. They always go above and beyond without expectations. The included breakfast is a surprise because the selections are quite good. The place is outdated but clean and quiet.

I had an excellent stay. The place was clean; the staff very friendly and service-oriented. The breakfast was also good. What I appreciated the most was the serene atmosphere and that it was close to the downtown area and the mall.

This hotel is small and old. Good enough for a 1 night stay. It's safe and the staff are very nice!

The Suites seems like a family owned place with the owner present. Efficient and friendly, the hotel was better than a couple of 3 star hotels we've stayed at in the vicinity. Central location with the Plaza and the big SM shopping mall walking distance. Parking is across the street fronting an empty lot but there is a security guard at night who sits directly across from the parking area. The beddings are nice, free breakfast which changes every day and, nice for a change, everything works. The AC is a window style unit, a little noisy but it works. Cable TV is included. Of the places we stayed in Bacolod in this price range I like this one the best.

It is very close and walking distance to the church, shopping mall, market and other businesses. What I didn't like is the noise of music down the street which goes on at least till 2 AM!

Location is just a walking distance to SM Bacolod. We liked the breakfast buffet, few but great choices for a morning breakfast. Just don't like the videoke near the hotel but good thing our room was far from it so we didn't hear any noise. Room is clean!

Bed coverings were dirty and staff didn't take care of it until the next day. Bathroom was small and had mold, toilet didn't work half of the time.

It was good. Almost perfect except for the occassional wait time (around a minute before it goes back) for bathing water, atleast probably in our room upstairs. But overall - the staff, the location, food, etc are very good.

Beautiful place to stay staff was very friendly and kind and would go out their way to help. No swimming pool in hotel but you can find lots of resort parks to swim at close to beach and close to anywhere in walking distance

The Suites is a decent hotel fit for a traveler who need a place to leave his things while on tour and rest after. The room has no refrigerator. The room to which we were assigned, Rm 203, has weak water pressure. Wifi is good. For the price it price, we were pleasantly surprised that it included a buffet breakfast already. Breakfast choices is limited though but already exceeds expectation for the room rate.

This was our first time to visit Bacolod. Our experience at Suites at Calle Nueva was mixed. The staff at check in and during our stay were excellent, friendly and accomodating. The room was disappointing and needs renovations to be acceptable. The bed linens, bath rug and towels are threadbare and we advise that they be replaced. The shower design is ridiculous, it has a half door and after a shower, the whole bathroom is wet and slippery. The location is convenient and they assisted us with directions and hailing a cab.

It's location is conveniently located near tourist spots and best restaurants. Hotel Staff are helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Rooms are newly renovated and reasonably spacious. Hotel staff were prompt and incredibly accomodating. The hotel is located in an area that gives easy access to downtown area via walking or short jeepney/cab ride. The only downside is the nearby resto/bar which sometimes plays loud music even at night. Our room faces the street making it easy for us to hear the blaring sounds.

My stay was excellent. As usual, staff very helpful and always trying to please. Free breakfast makes it a sweet deal. Some rooms are noisy with neighborhood noise. But overall, requesting the quiet room makes it perfect. if you want convenience to downtown Bacolod, SM mall shopping and good restaurants, this is the place. The neighborhood has a lot of character, but considering you are practically in the downtown square, it's nothing that can't be overlooked. It is a very secure hotel. I have booked here for 4 years now and love it. Have not found a better place for the money. If you are on a budget, this is the best for the money. You want better?,...spend more and probably get less. My name is not MacArthur, but I will be back.

The staff is exceptionally helpful, pleasant, accommodating, did their best to make our stay pleasant. My biggest objection is the location of the hotel. There must be a least three to four bars right within the or next to the hotel.loud music can be heard even at 2:00 in the morning. The buffet breakfast is a cold one, but you can order egg cooked. Street is dark,with light only in front of the hotel,not safe to go out especiałly at night

We stayed here for about 5 days while vacationing in the Philippines. It is a small low cost motel in downtown Bacolod City.

Excellent service with always great stuff helping in every occasion, feel like home atmosphere..Breakfast served is always adding to a social rates available,, Close to downtown area ,, I do recommend this Hotel and will stay again on my next trip ,,

A very well located hotel, with excellent staff. One could walk to most things of interest and SM was nearby.

For the price, my expectations were pretty basic. And the hotel exceeded them. The room, food, service, and general surroundings were good. The wifi was decently fast and the staff was very courteous and helpful. I could walk to SM Bacolod or take a short jeepney ride to practically anywhere else. For those on a budget, this B&B is a good choice.
