Call before booking. There was construction going on when we stayed there so we had to go in the side door. They were limited on the first floor for rooms. The Elevator didn't work so my elderly mother had to walk up the stairs to the second floor. When we arrived at our room door the key wouldn't work. I had to go back down the stairs and let the front desk lady know, than she gave me attitude about what way to use the keys, mind you she didn't let me know that when she gave the keys to me. There was also an older white couple that was after me waiting to be checked in so when I went back down there since the key wasn't working, she was nice to them, gave them a room on the first floor, showed them how to use their keys and even offered them bottled water.

When we arrived we found out hotel was being remolded you had to go in the side door to check in out room was on the 2nd floor and the elevator was not working. Breakfast didn’t seem to up to choice hotels standards. Thought we should have been told hotel was being remolded when we made reservations

The room appeared to be really clean & in good shape. The breakfast attendant was friendly & helpful.

The bed was comfortable and it was pretty quiet. However, something in the air was making my eyes burn. Not sure if it was the AC unit or? The bathtub area had black mold and the shower curtain looked like it had been chewed on. In general, the room was dark and depressing. The carpet was stained. Needs work. Staff was pleasant, but upon checking out, did not ask how my stay was.

Staff were nice, the room was clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The location for us was where we needed to be and not too far from the mall or other spots we wanted to check out. The pool was out of order which which was disappointing. I wish hotels would communicate that prior to arrival. Breakfast was decent with a large bowl of fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, and waffles. Easy checkout. We would definitely stay here again

Clean and quiet for how full it seemed. Carpet could use replacing but no weird smells in hotel and beds were clean and comfortable. I check for bed bugs at every single hotel I stay and this one was all clear. Pool/Hot tub is currently out of service. We didn’t use anyway but should be noted. Decent place to stay and would stay again for convenience and price.Breakfast has good hot and cold choices. The staff working breakfast area was also pleasant and quick to help.

The motel was very nice staff was friendly room was clean bedding was clean and so were the towels quiet could use a little updating carpet are getting bad. We recently stayed at another facility Fargo & it’s awful room wasn’t clean went Togo to bed pulled the covers back & there was a huge piss streak right in the middle of the sheet was disgusting. When we contacted the desk they never offered us another room or to fix the problem & no refund so it was quite a relief to stay somewhere where cleaning is a proriety & the other establishment was over $ 200 a night

Overall is a great experience. The room is clean and beds are comfortable. Hot breakfast is very good.

It need some TLC for sure. Lots of scrapes in the elevator, carpet needs to be replaced throughout, a bit dingy everywhere.

The room was a bit musty when first walked in, perhaps because there was no venting fan in the bathroom. The steam from the bathroom even got the mirror outside of bathroom foggy. But the smell was not too overwhelming. we got used to the smell pretty quickly. Other than that, the room was good. The breakfast was good.

Not maintained. We paid extra for a hotel with a pool but it was closed when we got there. Also waffle machine at breakfast not working.

Front staff that checked us in was short, not welcoming and didn't take the time to go through standard items like hours of breakfast, how and when to get clean towels etc. She was very quick to tell us that the pool and hot tub was closed and according to other reviews has been now for several months. Didn't need the pool, but would have very disappointed if our kids had been with us and no warning that it was under maintenance.
Housekeeping and the lady that checked us out were all very friendly.
Bed was clean and very comfortable. Other furniture has signs of wear and needed to be replaced.
Breakfast was hot and tasted good, lacked a little variety.

Location is nice. Terrible stay for us this time. Booked a few months ago. Got to the property and the pool and hot tub were out of service. Drove over 6 hours for this.
Room next to us had a dog who barked all night. Property offered us $30 as compensation. No I spent $175 for this!

Pool area was closed, refrigerator was broken, shower pressure was abysmal and breakfast was terrible. Not worth the price and there are much nicer places to stay in Fargo.

Great location in West Fargo with easy highway access. Close to lots of shopping and dining options. Hotel itself was decent. Room and breakfast were basic but I wasn’t expecting anything extravagant.

The toilet in our room didnt flush properly. My husband said the flapper in the tank was the wrong size. Maintenance wasnt there so it couldnt be fixed. We learned that we needed to hold the toilet handle down for a bit longer than usual and most of the time it would work ok. It should be fixed. Otherwise the hotel room was quiet and we were able to sleep ok.

This property was under repair, but there was no mention of that on the site prior to booking. There was no pool or hot tub available. We had to change rooms multiple times because the locks didn’t work and there was no service during our stay.

Just a warning to families that the pool is closed "indefinitely." Else nice place, very clean room, easy access off I-94. Good hot breakfast. Good shower. Thirsty towels. Hair dryer. Many channels on TV. Recommended! Will stay here again.

We were never told the pool and hot tub Were under construction. We were looking forward to going on the hot tub. And spending time at the hotel. However, we wind up having to go shopping at a mall instead, which does not what we wanted to do after a long drive. But we wanted to find something to do whether sitting in our room. You're extremely disappointed that we did not know about this construction. Earlier, we had booked this hotel months ago. We never choose any of the hotels that don't have an indoor plural and high tub for us to enjoy.
